Unclean Room Wash Basin Tap Broken, Not sure they changed the bedsheets, Not correct value for Money

The room provided to me is not clean and poorly maintained. The staff is also not supportive. There are many mosquitoes in the room, and no Good Knight or mosquito repellent machine has been provided. The washroom is very dirty and unhygienic as well.

At, time of booking, I provided my debit card details in booking.com and it says to pay at the property at time of check in. But, hotel staff phoned me at 10 am on checking day , even before checking in and asked me to pay the amount as their rooms are all full. Won’t let me to pay at property, though I already gave my card details. I ended up paying in advance . Rooms were not clean. There was stains in beddings. Toilet was like an ordinary hotel. Fan has no control. Same with AC- has a remote. But no swing option. Not a star hotel at all. Just a regular hotel to loot the people coming to visit temple.

Hotel does not have restaurant and doesn’t cater for morning tea . Location is ok to visit the Meenakshi temple.

NOT Value for Money. Highly priced for such small room and NOT clean for a comfort stay. Photos on booking.com must be outdated. Don’t go by the photos you see on online booking portals.

Beds were dirty, 4 beds were crammed into a small room, there was no hangar, water had leaked from the roof and there were stains all over. 1 small bath room for 4 people and that too not so clean looking. there were no chairs to sit, bedsheets had stains and were dirty, they have not been changed for ages. in short not worth the money they charge.

ROOMS ARE VERY SUFFOCATING. SMALLEST BATHROOMS. WASHBASIN is provided just NEXT TO BED. FAns are without regulator control. NOT ENOUGH PARKING AVAILABLE .

Everything I did not like. Your hotel charged breakfast but not given ....intercom did not work ...no hot water shabby beds

No breakfast was included given the rate icpaid per night. No tea and coffee provided in the room.

nothing much, the hotel stinks of some chemicals, rooms facilities like Aircon doesn't work, overall a bad experience.. The photos / lobby and etc., shown in your portal vs what's there is exceptionally bad.

Place is the only thing that makes that hotel

I liked that it was closer to the temple.

At first it was hard for me to find the hotel, Hotel name wasn't visible. A/C didn't work. The washroom was small and was alright.The sinkk was rusty, The bed sheets made my skin scratch. When checking out the machines, they wouldn't take international cards. Another individual had to tell the front desk clerk to use another machine, which he denied at first. We were standing there for 15 minutes for no reason.

Property is in main area and close to Railway station. Staff are very good.

Room cost is very high compared to the facilities they offer. On a busy weekend, its very difficult to navigate to this place due to heavy traffic.
