Moskva Hotel

The room was small but equipped with most of the needed stuff. The complementary free breakfast was good. The cafeteria was clean and staff were friendly.

The location of Hotel is on a very busy road and therefore going outside the Hotel for a walk is not possible.

They have the bar at ground floor which didn't expected. Bathroom and bathroom walls are not cleaned. total dust in bathroom. The bedsheets and towels are completely old. (May be washing from 10yrs ) . Its may be a party rooms, where nothing is required other than alcohol. Given a room with no ac working and pressured to stay in same room for almost 2 hours. All photos shown in this website are very old. Now the rooms are completely different.

No comfort. No AC. No neatness.

big room. fast check-in and check out.

When I boiled water, there's short circuit resulting in no light in my room. A kettle needs to be requested, though there are coffee and tea in the room. No tissues in the toilet. Weak WIFI in the room,

Poroperty located in city area only; parking space is difficult. Rooms are not properly maintined

Car parking and Wash room

While the staff was super helpfull, the property is super old and washrooms were not clean.

Location is awesome. Hotel reception service was excellent. Flexible in early checkin & late checkouts.Enjoyed delicious food in their own restaurant. Restaurant was quite spacious & service was premium. In short, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. Perfect for family stay.Ample amount of car/bike parking space with security guard.

Really, Nothing.

Location is near

Room full of mosquitoes , bugs and cockroaches

Your bathroom is not clean even though it is a starred hotel.Nobody enquired about our requirements in the room. There was no cable connection to the TV.You have not recharged the cable network. There was no free breakfast as offered in the online booking confirmation.Hotel premises were full of dust.Washroom of the restaurant is not hygienic.

They helped me check in at 3 am without any hassle. The rooms are good enough for a short stay, if you dont have much use of the room, like if you have a day long plans outside. Might not be a choice for families as the rooms are small. AC was good enough and large bathrooms.

They definitely have to get new bed sheets, new towels, pillow covers. The bathroom fittings like shower, taps, hand faucet needs to be changed.

Poor

Average hotel. Poor hygiene. Dirty linen and towels. Stained pillows. Dusty room. Dirty toilets.

There is nothing to like about in the property:/

Poor managing, poor staffs and poorly organised. My booking has been cancelled 3 three times by the property even after booking it via the app and confirming after calling the property thrice. I would Never recommend even for free.

Stay was good, good response and I extended my stay another 4hrs, they charged reasonable price only.

Pathetic.

Compact hotel, unhygienic room, pathetic and dirty bathroom.

Moskva is located at a nice location. Parking is absolutely no issue. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Food in the restaurant is good.

The staffs the security guards were very helpful and informative. If you’re are person who doesn’t mind walking n exploring around should be a suitable hotel. Cleanliness of the room need to be improved.

Nithing its waste of money

Very bad service Bed sheets not clean no proper service They hire child labourVery bad facility

First, Moskva hotel management automatically cancelled my booking which is booked thru Booking.com. They informed about the cancellation when I reach Madurai. Then I had to search another hotel. This is very very bitter experience for me. hotel management does not care about the on-line booking.I will never consider this hotel for my future bookings.

I don't like the behavior of the hotel management as they have cancelled my booking without prior information. This is not at all acceptable as a Customer.

The cleaning boy was good.

The restaurant was smelling, a bar was attached to it. Where people were fighting.

The hotel is very close to the Meenakshi Temple. For the price they charge, I feel it's a great option. The staff is super polite and always ready to help in any way. The morning breakfast was very good as well.I would surely recommend the hotel to anyone who wishes to visit the temple.

Centrally located

Not clean , under staffed
