Drastic improvement is needed. Maintain the property up to the standard. Should take care of all the finer aspect of property maintenance. Hygiene should be maintained.

Rooms were not as expected for the money we paid (although in photo it looked great). Rooms were not clean; had dust. Had to change the given room and settle with half heart. Rooms had lock issues. Washroom were not hygienically maintained. Taps were corroded. The mattress was not good as we felt like coming out of a pit, had backache sleeping on it. Restaurant didn't have a soap to wash hands even during this pandemic. The restaurant washroom was pathetic. Property not maintained properly and hygienically. The lobby had dust on the couches and table.

The staff were polite. Thats all.

1.unmaintained premises. 2.dull lighting. 3.dirt stained bed sides. 4.POOR AC 5.bathrooms were not well maintained.

Bed was too small for a family with kids. Mosquitoes are there. Morning hot water issue is there. Restroom is not clean

Disappointing

As per booking.com checkin time is 11:00am but the staff there refused us to give the room stating checkin time 12pm for Third party online bookings. Wifi wasnt provided. Bathroom was dirty. Equipments in the bathroom were rusted.

Staff was courteous. They also allowed me to check in early, as there was some vacant rooms.

Room and bathroom are too tiny.One night lamp was not working.AC was not cooling fast.Need to add more toiletries.Security guard spoil car when we told to clean with water. He pour water on car and wiped car with dusty cloth and full car looks like came from dust with water mark.

we didn't book for the complimentary breakfast. so didn't try the breakfast in this hotel. But the lunch was soo good. They deliver for swiggy order too from their restaurants. So the lunch was too yummy.

The restaurants' bathrooms and wash basin were not tidy. That is the only drawback of the hotel.

Only the Cot and Mattress were good. So I had a Good sleep.

The toilet, was very small and not clean, the Closet was too dirty. The Bucket in the bathroom seems to be years old. No good restaurants nearby. The window screen is too short in width, so the window was not covered completely, either side is visible thru

Nothing everything is worst about this hotel

This is one of the worst hotel for staying. Rooms was uncleaned. And those balnkets and pillows are dirty and I think they have been using same blankets and pillows from last 10 years it seems those looks dirty. Room maintenance was bad and in coridoar ful of smoker's . family's please stay away from this hotel. Worst hotel please skip .
