I have booked the hotel the time before I Reached madurai. I came with my 4 yrs old child. But as the time I reached madurai was ngt 2 am they said u cannot stay in hotel now and made me go away. As it was night I couldn't stay at anywhere with my child. Very pathetic situation was created by the staff. Very worst experience from that hotel

Just short trip and stay for meet your requirements -It is Budget Hotel and Located main area.

Room floor cleaning not done . Bed sheet and bed not properly arranged in second day after room cleaning . It is Opp of TASMAC that it is disadvantage .

Behaviour of staff and services were excellent

Bathroom wasn't clean as expected, AC was noisy location was too congested, not enough space for parking

1. Some insect was in rooms.2. For room cleaning we had to ask.3. They provided soap and towel after asking.

NO breakfast. Room service is poor. When I went out of room in the morning teeling to clean the room , they have not cleaned till I returned back to room.

If room service is provided with break fast, and lunch it would have been better.

I travelled with my male colleague and at the time of check in, the receptionist asked for both our aadhaar and denied room for us as we were not a married couple. We had to leave the hotel and find another place to stay in an unknown city despite booking our room.

The Hotel is situated in the city center, near Meenakshi Temple , Railway Station, market etc. Good staff & service, comfortable bed, clean rooms.

Location and helping staffs

We booked non AC room, for additional ac facility to one room they charged rs.700 & while requesting for invoice they excluded rs.700 from invoice

The hotel is located in a market area, but accessible to sightseeing places is good. Opposite to the hotel, a best veg restaurant is situated.

We had to wait for one hour to checkin. Reason given by hotel was cleaning was in progress. Wify not working and not restored despite reminders. Proper essentials (towels and drinking water ) were not provided.

Fresh clean linen on the bad. Soap and toilet paper. Towels.

Wifi worked only in the lobby and we always had problems connecting (asking the receptionist 5 times …)Toilet seat was old and grubby brown - was it clean? I wouldn‘t want to sit on it!

The receptionist staff's behavior was rude. He talked rudely just because my father tried speaking to him in Hindi. The receptionist should learn basic etiquette to talk with elderly people. Rooms were also very basic and very different from the photos.

Good location and staff would bring us tea and water. Nice big rooms

This hotel was so much better than expected. For foreigners it's best described as being of very good backpacker standard. Old and worn in the edges yes, but I don't want to pay more just to get a new and renovated room! Large spacious practical room and bathroom. All being clean enough kind of a thing. Polite staff and excellent WiFi most of the time. If everybody read the description on Booking.com carefully and looked closely on the pictures before booking, then they would know what they are getting so they don't accidentally book a room which doesn't satisfy their needs, for then to rate it down afterwards. All info on Booking.com is spot on. Excellent location near bus and train station. You will find everything you need along the road outside the hotel, including a bottle store right across the street.

The WiFi is very good but keeps disconnecting frequently and you got to manually reconnect again.

Close to train station and a bottle shop across the street to buy a beer. Rooftop Terrace with a breeze and a couple of chairs found in stair well.

Room really dirty and dingy. Didn’t want to touch anything. Bed only had bottom sheet. No toilet paper, drinking water or bed linen .
