The rooms were filthy. Bad service. Infested with bugs and next to a mosque and church that blast music and chants in early morning.

When I entered room full of smoke smell ...and also mosquito also there and after I informed them to do room spray but the smell exists...very worst not cleanliness

Good, decent and comfortable stay for individuals, family people and groups. Courteous service, close the bus-stand and railway station and in the centre of the city with eacy accessbility to anywhere.

The manager Argued for extra payment ... I paid 2601 for my stay including GST .Manager argued for extra payment 350 which he says booking.com charges... He used false languages also very Bad attitude while taking... Kindly avoid this hotel

Surrounding and accessible to various part of the city

Generally Tamilians are not cooperative especially auto drivers very rough natured and bad manners. No good food. Only snacks everywhere, but not up to mark.

Value for money good location staff also good clean

we have booked double room in this hotel for one day. we had a talk with the manager after booking room on booking.com, he agreed that rooms are available.but when we reached hotel after some hrs in night, the staff refused to give us rooms. the manager said there are no rooms available and didn't behave properly.also changed extra for the stay we refused for it.

Worst place to stay . We can't afford to stay 3 hours also. No cleanness. Washroom having worst condition. Waist of money. I had vomiting also for the unhygienic

Unhygienic room, worst water( black colured water) it may be brackish water or something mixed with the water, we should request every time to switch on the water heater. Aged staffs are arrogant, not fit for hotel business. Totally disappointed

Very bad experience

Very very bad. Rooms very dusty. Toilet fittings are damaged. I booked rooms two days before and confirmed previous day. But They didn't clean rooms and toilets. Door locks are damaged. First day one room's door locked we are inside.

Location is comfortable to visit all temples nearby.

No Ventilation. No air flow. Maintenance is normal. Room rent is more compare to on line rate booked through Booking.com.

Extra amount collected from me than the amount fixed by booking.com

Cleanliness was not as expected.. towel given were old.. they collected extra amount than the deal with booking.com

When I called up 2 hours before visiting the hotel, the staff told me that my booking was cancelled or given to some other guests. Even after requesting that I have travelled all the way from Bengaluru, he didn't budge. He didn't even know English making it even more difficult. Extremely unprofessional and unethical to allocate my booking to somebody else without informing me.
