Great hotel!

They were understaffed and receptionists works very slow. Also you have to go to 3rd floor by elevator to check in.

Mini fridge did not work Don’t know how to make a proper pina colada

The room is nice and the bed comfy, staff at check in was very helpful and friendly, checked in in a spotless room, so it started as a good stay.

In the morning I called for some room service breakfast around 8:30, at first I was told the staff would check if possible?!? Then it was a lot of confusion on the order, I was reading the menu, the staff was clearly not, he didn't have a clue about it.I have just asked if it was possible to have soem fresh fruit instead of cornflakes (no fresh fruit on the breakfast menu, really?)Another waiting, then he confirmed it was possible, he repeated the order, he missed hash brown and grilled tomatoes, a fix side dish of my order, I reminded them to him.Then he called me back beef sausage were sold out, fine Ihave asked for beef bacon (on the menu) another wait I check.By then we were at call number four, after 90 minutes finally breakfast arrived, no has brown, no grilled tomatoes, one black coffe only, missing one coffee and milk, no pineapple juice.I called again asking to please complete the order, I have been told off: but I repeated the order, like to say it is your fault, so no matter I have tried to say that many thing were missing, he dismissed me.Guess what cappuccino arrived, pineapple juice and tomatoes arrived and potatoes gratin (hash brown is overated anyway).It could be a good hotel if staff get better training and care about guests

Location was good.

The bad sheet has yellow stains. The wall is thin not sound proof. In the evening can still hear boom sound from nearby bars and noises from next door. Has no free bottles of water in the room, no hot water kettle provided, not event instant coffee powders, if you need a simple black coffee only way to get from onsite restaurants and it’s over priced at 56K.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Randy. He showed me how to open the snake fruit and showed me foods to try. The breakfast was fabulous.

The bar in the evening had very few drinks. We wanted to sit there with friends but there was virtually nothing available

Great stay in the heart of Manado!The hotel is in the best location—super convenient and easily accessible to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything you need in the city.The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a late flight home and requested a late check-out, which they kindly granted—really appreciated their flexibility and warm hospitality.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Manado!

We stayed here in February and had a fantastic experience! The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Sindy at the reception assisted us wonderfully. The hotel also offers its own chauffeur service, and Indra, a very friendly young man, drove us around and provided outstanding service making our stay even better.The breakfast was delicious and extensive, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The location was perfect—right in the city center and directly connected to the largest mall in Manado.Although the rooms were a bit outdated, the price-quality ratio was more than excellent. A big compliment to all the staff! They are great with a sense of service truly make this hotel! We will definitely return when we visit Manado again! Kind regards, Irene

Not really a good value for money especially in this city

The comfort of the bed, the pressure of hot water shower, the AC working very well.The food we order from room service was ok, not top as I would expect from a hotel of this level, but we enjoyed it.

The value for money is not the best for sure, being 2-3 times the price of other hotel in town.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, cleaness, location, partial sea view was good.

Room is a bit small. Refill body soap almost empty and 2nd day also not filled. Seems cleaning service never check before guest coming and 2nd day of my stay also not checking.

The view , we had sea view We like the BBQ at the beautiful swimming pool ! It was a good buffet for a good price , really nice and the staff was perfect there !

It is surprising that there are nu drinks in the minibar in the room.I miss the extra luxury we find in other , more simple hotels !We came from the wonderful bunaken and we didn’t like manado with the shoppingmalls We booked sea view and they send us to a town view room.. wenn we returned to the reception they send us to a room where we smelt smoke ! The third time we got the room we booked

Absolutely amazing staff and one of the best breakfasts I’ve seen in a hotel. The rooms are super comfortable and the pool is amazing. It’s right in the centre of the manado, with a mall attached to it. If you keep going left after leaving the hotel to the Main Street you also get to megamas in around 15min. The hotel is a gem in the middle of manado city centre.

Honestly everything was great.

Rooms clean and very comfortable. Views stunning. Breakfast excellent - wide variety, high quality and good vibe. Location is excellent and close to everything. Swimming pool outstanding with fantastic views out across the ocean to islands.

Check-in messy and delayed. Staff at reception distracted and failed to complete our check-in and moved on to other customers, who arrived after us and were processed and, in their rooms promptly. A bit warm in the breakfast area - aircon is not great in that space. Check out messed up - was given late checkout (1 hour) only to find locked out of room at normal checkout time.

Hotel looking a bit tired, needs maintenance. Desk lamp not working, had to request towels, bathroo. Light bulb missing, shower head needed fixing. Outside eating area needs cleaning and maintenance

Staff attentive and friendly

Bed sheet and linen filthy, full of stains, stinking.We had strong cigarette smoking smell in the room, which came from ventilation system.Hotel supported prostitution: next door was a prostitute. I heard and saw her when she left the room after midnight looking humiliated. At the pool were several prostitutes with suitors behaving totally inappropriate, physical sexual touching etc.The staff was used to it and couldn’t stop it.It’s unacceptable, that an international 4 star hotel supports prostitution
