Location, strategic near the mall

I request many things include non smoking room, ocean view roomBut when i check-in according to the staff all of my requests are only applied to booking.com system and not in hotel system.

Very clean, AC was icy cold and the bed comfortable. Right across from a mall, close to everything in downtown Manado. Staff very friendly. Easy check-in. Safe for valuables. Good view.

Great location across from big shopping malls but crossing the street was not easy. Clean room although a bit on a smaller side. Nice restaurant downstairs for bfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

At city centre, near shopping mall, easily to find food. Staff very friendly and helpful and able to accommodate our request to have all rooms on one floor.

The breakfast and the food in general is great, better than expected in a Ibis Hotel.The staff is super friendly and helpful and the beds are very comfy

I had A VERY IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT in town and wished to leave my luggage and go before registering, but the lady at the reception was very unhelpful and refused to let me gow even when I offered to leave my passport and do the registration aftr I came back from my appointment. Big smiles but NO HELP

Room service was very good, fast and the food delicious, same thing for the breakfast quite wide selction and very tasty food, and the staff very helpful

The rooms facing west are getting very hot in the afternoon and it took a few hours to cool the room down with the aircon. Maybe the hotel should consider to close completely the window curtains, so the room will get less hot

There was no real lounge, the Bar didn't had any beers/cocktails even if they were on the menu

Booking.com says can buy breakfast on place for 60000rp, but hotel actually charges 99000rp. Small but annoying things...

As expected for budget hotel

Bathroom is adequate but a bit too small, tried soto tangkar but it was a bit too spicy for my liking (could be influenced of manado style of food: rica)

Good business class hotel, helpful staff, clean, quiet, close to shopping / restaurants, view of ocean, good wifi.

Close to a fairly quiet area near the sea with lots of restaurants (pork dishes, etc, and beer). Also close to the center. Event though it is a big, impersonal hotel, at breakfast I managed to have a two-shot expresso made especially for me and they even came to offer me a second one! Thas was a first!

You have to cross a busy road to reach the sea and the neighborhood with lots of restaurants.

The room was very noisy. we were on the 7th floor and the traffic was very loud as there was an open window. Also very noisy when people are in the corridor, people on phones in the corridor sounded like they were in our room. I have never stayed anywhere where the soundproofing was pretty much non existent. so it was a nightmare trying to get good sleep. Also for an ibis hotel the Wi-Fi was shockingly bad, it was either very slow or just dropping out all the time. You also have to keep phoning to ask for sugar, tea or coffee as they only provide 2 of each. The bathroom was quite stained and discoloured due to age.

I liked the location, we needed to do some shopping and it was right across the road. The sea views to Bunaken were wonderful. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness ~ I love the IBIS chain, it's always a clean friendly place to stay. This one, the bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. Was a little disappointed.
