Best Western The Lagoon Hotel

The staff members were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wonderful selection of food choices. The amenities provided were excellent, and the ocean views from the room were truly stunning. Overall, the experience was great, and the staff met and exceeded my expectations.

The property was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The staff was friendly abd helpful. The breakfast spread was one of the best I have seen in a hotel anywhere with both Western and Indonesian foods.

Major problem. The app started that there was beach access, beach activities and an outdoor pool. The beach access was absolutely false. There is no beach. There is a waterfront, which is nice, but it most certainly is not a beach. There is a night market along the warerfront which, again, is nice enough, but it isn't beach activities. As for the outdoor pool, it is misleading. It is on the third floor. While it does have access to the open air, it is covered by the roof of the floor above it.I brought this up with the staff my second night there. However, there was never any response from management. So, while the property was nice and recommended if you are there on business or other non-beach activities, the page on the app was very misleading and led to a less than optimal experience.

The entrance is via the parking. The reception staff is hit and miss (check-in horrible check-out good). The restaurant seems to focus only on large (chinese) groups. Overall, the hotel lacks any kind of personality, and offers no personal attention.

Best Western The Lagoon has always treated me like a king. Any problems are immediately addressed. The breakfast buffet is wide and varied. It’s in an awesome location right on the water. There are little coffee vans right on the water in front to relax and watch the sunset. They have a great pool with an amazing view. And their gym has everything you could need to stay in shape. When in Manado, this is my go to hotel.

The lights in the room not bright enough. Pillows and Mattress needs to upgrade. And the furniture as well

Property in the Beachfront, a quiet area because it is not directly on the main road with very good service in the room also in the restaurant, and throughout the hotel area. Spacious and clean room, friendly and welcoming staff. Very enjoyable sea view from the room and restaurant.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff and management. reception team has been beyond our expectations. Wonderfully.team, housekeeping and all F&B team always ready to please you. Great breakfast buffet with a fresh selection of dishes. Will mention as well the efficiency and professionalism of the security guards. Location of the hotel with sea view over the Manado bay.

I recently stayed at Best Western The Lagoon Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience. The food was great, with a variety of delicious options available. My room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities, especially the infinity pool, were simply epic. This hotel is ideal for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Manado! Highly recommend it!

We stayed on the 11th floor, the view was stunning, the staff was really friendly and caring, the breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious (big up to the roti pudding).

The laundry prices are crazy expensive, this is basically what you would pay in Europe. Our rooms on our first stay were not as clean as they should have been.

This was our second stay, staff was still incredible, room was a lot cleaner, view and location are perfect, the roti pudding is still the best, dinner was yummy.

Pool was closed at 6pm on a Thursday night which is surprisingly early.

Had several issues 1 noisy air condition required changing room2 required key card changed several times as would it operate elevator or door code same issue with other guests3 night time dining was very dissatisfying as meal not arriving or wrong meals 4 very noisy guests in adjoining room and children running in hall

The location of the hotel offers some stunning views over the bay of Manado. The rooms were reasonably clean and the breakfast was varied enough.

Some of the facilities were in need of repair, particularly the rooms' bathrooms. The elevators had constant problems with reading everyone's cards and the number (2) was insufficient to accommodate the traffic of guests for such a large structure.

Less variety of breakfast food (too much cakes/bread), no lamp for working, less quick & stable WiFI

Great Stay! Clean, convenient and friendly employees that make the guests feel welcome. Good housekeeping and quiet location with easy access to public transportation and plenty of fusion food choices.

None. Everything is very good with the stay, nothing to complain about actually. Perhaps the only complain is you get a max of 2 bottles of water per day, any additional bottle request, you have to pay.

Food was terrible my husband ordered a burger not cooked properly it was cold I had chicken wings over cooked

The service is lacking a lot, as there was no response to requests. No baby crib was offered. The breakfast was not refilled 1 hr. before closing. Long waiting time at the elevator.
