Staff speaks excellent English, very attentive and 100% efficient. Location is good in the sense that it's not in the noisy part of city but very easy to walk to it.Clean room, functional amenities.

The hotel uses a very strong perfume in the ventilation system, which caused me severe headaches and discomfort. Strong artificial scents like this are unhealthy and overwhelming. I really hope they reduce the intensity or switch to a higher-quality, lighter fragrance.

This might be the best hotel option in Trelew. It is only a few blocks from the paleo MEF museum. The drive to Punta Tombo is much shorter than from Puerto Madryn so it helps you get ahead of the tour bus crowds. Safe and convenient parking garage. It is clean, safe, and reasonably comfortable.

Standard rooms were small and smelled of air freshener, so only superior rooms recommended. Decor gives the place a very dated feel. For example, they still use old-fashioned bedspreads that are unlikely to be washed. Breakfast was just OK. AC in room was marginally OK

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like, I think the staff could be more open to colaborate , be proactive when they see an older couple lifting suitcases from the car , walk stairs etc, smile o be civil would make a great improvement on the satisfaction from guest

Omg, I miss my Trelew and Alex receptionists and lady manager who was so nice and helpful! Alex was so professional and knowledgeable! I really miss this beautiful place and this hotel!! I had a blast there! Breakfast was included and delicuous, location of the hotel is RIGHT THERE, in main center close to main supermarket, many restaurants, stores, all is walking distance, even airport is 7 mins away by car! Hotel was clean, entire staff was very professional and hardworking, food was amazing and affordable and I was able to have dinner inside of hotel’s restaurant! I really have no complaints for this little paradise!! I will miss this place bc I enjoyed my stay there while on my way to Ushuaia and El Calafate, this was the best experience for me in a while, Argentinian people are so sweet and welcoming, besides they areProfessional andHardworking! Thank you Alex and team, you will be missed ??

Wifi was quite poor throughout. Breakfast was limited.

The outside looked decent. Towels are nice and thick.

It wasn’t clean. Bedspread had stains and the bedcover was questionable.

Let me check in early and welcomed me back by name with keys to room I used last time in hand really nice welcome. This is a very comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.

We ordered food from a restaurant and they wouldn't let us eat in the room, even though the hotel restaurant was not open. Annoying

Rooms were clean and staff were really friendly and knew some English. Great for an overnight stay, but rooms are quite small if youre likely to stay longer and spend much time in them.

Air con didn't work, so both heating and cooling heated the room. No natural light or air which made it difficult to sleep if you can't sleep in the warm. Rooms small and dated, but good enough! A kettle would have been a nice addition as well!

The staff were very kind and helpful and the in-house restaurant was reasonable

Breakfast was quite good and service excellent. The front desk person was helpful with restaurants and things to see in the central area of town. Very fluent in English which helped us.

The room and hotel was extremely outdated, the air conditioning did not work and blew hot air into the room constantly.

Friendly staff. Big and good breakfast. Dinner is good. Rooms are clean and get cleaned every day. We recommend to use the underground garage for secure parking. Good starting point for visiting the Museo Paleontológico Egidio Feruglio or to Gaiman for some tea time or to Punta Tombo or Punta Ninfas. We can recommend it!
