Friendly & helpful staff. Close to airport. Clean rooms at good prices. Good breakfast.

Had a problem with the App for Room Service - reception apologised though and sorted out our order with room service. Even though pizza was on the menu we couldn’t order it as they didn’t have the right ingredients in stock.

Location was very close to the airport and good views of plans taking off and landing if your an Avgeek.

The pillows were very dirty and smelly. Because of proximity to the airport it is noisy when the planes take off

Located at the entrance of the city, so no endless traffic to reach it, very close to the airport so practical.Very large breakfast buffet. The staff is very nice.

funny that even for a twin bedroom, the bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by stained glass... ! Not very practical is you want to go the the bathroom during the night, the light will clearly illuminate the bedroom as well.

dirty places, stains on the bedding, walls and floor.no toilet paper, cooler/refrigerator not working, huge noise from the street, we chose no smoking room and there was bad smell at the room and many cigarettes burns in the carpet.

Location is right next to the airport. That's it.

Wifi speed was terrible, barely usable. The "fitness centre" / gym was not a fitness centre. It was a hot room with 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, a random punching bag and about 6 dumbbells. One treadmill and one bike didn't work. The working treadmill squeaked constantly.I had to unplug the phone because reception kept calling me, very annoying.The "free airport transport" was just a lie. We confirmed before arriving, and even messaged them via booking to say we were on the plane, asking where to meet the driver. Nobody responded. Nobody responded when we arrived either. We got to reception and they just said sorry, and had absolutely no explanation as to why nobody collected us. This is just lazy incompetence.It is an old, worn out hotel, pretending to be a 4 star, with the facilities of a 2 star.

The plate in the breakfast is too small, I can not take the food enough in one plate and should take another one

The breakfast not so much option, i have stay at the other hotel with more value of money with exceptional breakfast

Near the Airport with view to the runway. It was a good visualization to explain how air plane work to the children.

- the room was not ready until 3 pm.- the toilet has a bed smell in sower area.- Some broken floor with sharp edge. I need to cover them with doormats.- bad smell from the pillows - poor and limited choice of food on the breakfast buffet- dirty swimming pool and no towel available on pool area- I think they have very limited personnel that make service slow

Staff. Too much. The front officer called to come to desk all my 9 participants one by one to explain the hotel rules like teacher to elementary school boy. And what is the worst, after that he mistakenly calculate the money 100% more. And no apologize. No more staying there.

There is nothing to impress or to like there if you come from Europe

In Europe will be a maximum 2 star hotel, but for some countries maybe only 1. The room was not clean. Everything looks dirty, especially the bathroom
