The location is perfect

The front desk staff not trained for the job. The way they breathe thru you. They never smile . The two guys there when I checked out didn’t even ask how was my stay or care to open yo door or offer any sort of help with my two luggage bags. Not worth the price bc of terrible attitude by staff..

Location is the best Surrounding with big Mall and food center

The bed sheet , Blankets cover and the pillow cover need to replace new as it seem like a bit old & dirty

Good location, near the beach, within the mall area.The room is very smelly which comes from the bathroom. Maybe because of the piping system are not functioning well.

- Room was of decent size, very clean, and very comfortable- Water pressure and water temperature of the shower was excellent. Shower head was also sensibly angled inwards so the dry area remains dry.- Availability of drinking water dispenser in the corridor- Excellent location- Courteous and honest staff who reached out to inform after we checked out that an item was left behind

- There was some renovation / painting works going on in the lobby so the lobby didn't look so welcoming. Air condition in the lobby was also switched off.- There were some problems with the key cards. The staff was having difficulty setting up the key cards and it took a while.- Only 1 passenger lift.- No luggage rack in the room which makes it a bit tough to find a spot to open up luggages that are larger than cabin-sized.- Room towels were rather haggard, time for a change...

Perfect location. Close to the beach, shopping centre, airport and other public places. The price was reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned properly.

Not so many options available for breakfast. The rice was dry and overcooked. Somehow the fruits didn't taste as fresh as I thought. Or maybe just me.

Great location, close to BSB beach, next to eWalk mall, in Pentacity area.

Because of the renovation work, the stairwells and corridors were full of building materials. I had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to get from the 3rd floor to the lobby. The street noise comes through the closed windows. I would have expected more from a hotel in the ASTON group for this high price.

Could not really see out of window due to film over it. Sea view without seeeing it!

The staff were really friendly, hospitable and you could tell they were professional & doing their best. The hotel is functional, nothing fancy, but our room was clean and housekeeping did their job very well.

Sewage smell was strong in the toilet and sometimes even seeped into the room. Maybe the hotel needs some renovation renewal.

The room was air conditioned on arrival. The staff were welcoming. Breakfast had choice of western or Asian. Eggs cooked to order. Bed comfortable. Hotel was quiet despite busy location. Shower was great. Wifi was great.

Located in semi segregated upscale downtown shopping district. To get in the area parking fee required even for taxi pick up! Breakfast although had choice was disappointing with disgusting coffee and no refill on many of items running low (even the milk when pointed out to staff).

The front desk was very helpful and prompt.

Quite noisy at night especially rooms facing the department store. The water water dispenser did not have cold water.

The hygiene, didn't handling food properly, dirty. Found vegetables didn't washed properly found few grub in side vegeble, dispointed.

Clean, Near Mall, and surprisingly quiet.

Room breakfast not so much variant (well the hotel price so cheap anyway) hope in future they provide indomie as well and elevator only one.

. Across from the great amll with many inexpensive dinner options. Traditional Indonesian breakfast was very yummy. Many hotel guests were young mine workers on their days off. They were all excedingly clean, polite and quiet. We saw no other foreigners while staying for 4 nights. The hotel staff was very helpful with limited english, but always better than my Indonesian. We would ckoose this again.

Can't really remember anything I did not like. The website is very clear on that there is no gym or pool and pictures were accurate.

Location strategies and inside shopping complex

I had stayed here many times. Everytime I booked and requested for 1 big bed room but every time I was been informed last minute that all big bed room fully booked and the hotel gave me a twin sharing room. Really disappointed on this.
