The Front Office staff were very helpful & courteous, however the housekeeping staff need some additional training to address some inherent deficencies. The rooms appear to be in better condition than the public areas.

Unfortunately the property is sadly in need of renovations and looks like the owners have not allocated any budget for replacement of carpets, fittings, etc...

Filthy damaged carpets in hallways and room. Smell was bad, probably from drains. Some caustic soda down the drain would probably fix it. Public areas like hallways were crazy hot, and the air con in reception was set to 28c. Room was noisy with drilling sound all day and night.

Dirty linens, issue with payment, language is a big problem even though they mention that the staff speak English and bahasa. No one at the reception except for the manager can understand english. They made an error with the payment. The rooms smell horrible and are very dirty.The AC water was leaking doesnt cool so well either, the room phone didnt work at all. There are many reasons why you shouldn't go here. Its the worst hotel ive ever stayed in

The water was dirty, brown yellow in color and stinks.Wifi was extremely slow, practically unusable.Next to a nightclub, very noisy.Parking was very difficult with very tight spot.Price is higher than what it offers.

- the lobby was poor with an aircon that didnt work properly. It's Balikpapan bro, you definitely need a properly working aircon. And at this point, this hotel already failed.- the building not giving a good ambience. Once you arrived, you only want to get straight to your room.

Overall the place looks run down and has water stain/leaking even at the lobby. Room cleanliness was bad, there were roaches running around the room, some of it was not cleaned properly and the side table looks like it was going to fall off. The nightclub is loud and noisy till 4 am, so a room facing away from the center of the compound is a must if you want a good night's sleep. One of my colleagues paid 33% cheaper/discount for breakfast as the staff inform that it is a rebate for staying guests, I and another colleague, however, had to pay the full amount even though I told them my room number so its a bit inconsistent on that....

The location is central. Middle of the city. Staff are friendly

The room that i am getting there no real window. The window is block by the building that build beside. Also, the toilet have stain which would be good if they can do deep cleaning to remove the stain

When I entered the room , the room was stinking when i enter and the AC is not effective. Very disappointed and not the value for the money paid here. Totally my days are not comfortable

The room and bathroom are clean. Small space but with good arrangement feels spacious.
