Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah

Location next to Pakuwon Mall was excellent. Breakfast spread variety was excellent. Alot of food to choose from and taste was good. Credit to the F&B staff during breakfast for being so attentive and helpful.

The breakfast is under expectations, ive been staying at many hotels and their breakfast served with many options, im actually looking forward for the breakfast at fourpoints since the review is quite good, but then got a little it to excited i think, the food options is too limited, none is looks appetizing enough with the restaurant have local indonesians name but serving mostly non local cuisines. I expected more food choices for something like 4 star hotels

The location was great. Especially since there was a mall attached to it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bar was fantastic. And the breakfast was outstanding!!!

Location was convenient! with easy access to the shopping centre.

Although location of the hotel is outstanding being right next to a shopping centre and short distance from many food outlets, noises outside can be heard from our room.

The hospitality that workers give us up above and beyond very welcome in one of the reasons that we are coming back to the property is because of the hospitality from the people from the restaurant all the chefs, all concierge everybody there was extremely welcoming and went up above and beyond

The stay was exceptional. The staff in Djaman Doloe are all well trained and service orientated. The rooms were lovely aside from the leaking vanity top sink and shower room tiles grouting unscrub which makes it look unhygienic.

Location is great, connecting to Pakuwon Mall makes shopping easier. Love the breakfast, particularly Indonesian foods, fresh juices, traditional healthy Jamu, etc. the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel location right about the best mall in Surabaya. Hotel staff were friendly. Rooms were big and we got a free upgrade. Beds and pillows were heaven.

Location! Very strategic since it’s connected to the mall. The bed is quite huge and comfortable. The staff also pretty sweet and amazing.

They don’t install a fan in the bathroom, which maybe causes the floor and wall in the shower quite moldy and smelly. The wall is not sound proof. Can hear the guest next to my room quite clearly.The shower somehow doesn’t function well, the water js not hot.

-AMAZING STAFF! From the front desk, concierge, bellboys, waiters, and even chefs, all were so friendly and eager to help.-Pleasant fragrances in lobby and hallways-Very comfy beds

-Could use a little maintenance and updating, there were several stains on the carpet, wall, and chair in our rooms. The carpet especially looks worn in some corners and has a slightly musty odor, kind of a let-down after the nice aroma in the lobby and hallways.-This is a personal preference, but one of the reasons I came back to Four Seasons for a second time after a few years was because of the incredible breakfast. Loved the Western menu options. But this time, the theme was Nusantara, and most of the menu were local cuisine, to my slight disappointment. But again, this is a personal preference. I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

The hotel is very accommodating and the staff service are excellent.Mr. Khoiri in the housekeeping, Mr. Rudi in the restaurant, almost all staff are excellent, we cannot remember each and every one.

We had a problem with noise coming from other room but once we advise the staff it was taken care for.Also parking was a problem, but it was understandable because it was Christmas and the hotel is located in the mall.
