Sans Vibes Hotel Syariah Graha 100 Gubeng Surabaya

The rooms are big and have all the basic amenities. But that's perhaps the only good part about the room. I suppose it's not bad for the price.

The fridge was leaking, and it's right next to the door, so my shoes were immediately wet on entering. The shower was leaking. The room overall could have benefitted from a more thorough cleaning. The bathroom has good light during the day but there's only one tiny mirror with no light near it, making it hard to even shave at night.

Nice stuff nice location

WiFi is so bad. Either so slow or no connection !

Bad

Unfortunately, I arrived at 8pm but was refused to enter, as my girlfriend and I are not married. I didn't know this rule, and didn't suspect it. So, we bounce and found another hotel just 30 meters away. I asked for a refund, but did not get it, so I lost my money because of this rule I was unaware of.

Modern look and feel. Decent location.

Wifi didn’t work at all. The hallway was noisy enough to wake me up early both mornings. Staff didn’t speak much English at all, so it was difficult to ask them advice and directions.

Comfortable little room and bed. We arrived late in the evening and check in was easy.Water dispenser in the hallway is good. The shower was also good.

The shower could've been cleaner.

Good for a short stay. Basic but everything you need and big comfortable bed and room. A few coffee shops etc in walking distance. Good value for money

A bit run down compared to the pictures, but only surface issues. Not the most interesting location but seemed safe

Well it is large, clean, and close to a hospital we planned on visiting.

No soap, only 1 towel for 2 person, no tissues eventhough there are tissue box, and cannot pay using credit card eventhough it is applicable from the booking.com app, because there is no system for that in the property. I’d rather add and suggest you spend 100k more to stay at the other hotels, cs if you arrived at night and already tired from the flight or journey it was just an annoying hustle to get out and buy soap, shampoo, and tissue (i usually just bring faciap wash and toothbrush only while travel) to the minimarket and spend extra cash. and you cant directly extend your stay through the cs staff.

Personnel were very nice and tried to help. It was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable and the size of the room was good.

Everything was shattered. Sheets and towels were teared. Bedside tables were broken. The bathroom was covered in mold...Moreover, I understand it was a cheap room and they did not offer amenities. But they considered WC paper an amenitie!!! We had to go and buy WC paper ourselves (the WC "shower" was not working either).

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, with plenty of restaurants walking distance. The staff were friendly but did need to use Google Translate.

The space.
