Royal Regantris Cendana

price is ok-ish, but other options are also available

mold, toilet, no tissue in toilet.

Bfast was good , clean room and facility

Just need minor maintenance to add more beauty to the hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, professional and friendly staff, close to city center, easy access to buy things we need

general setup

lobe and restaurant very crowed and bury. not what you would expect.lack of maintenance bath room

The personnel was very friendly and helpful with their tips...service was above expectation from the reception and from the restaurant personnel.

I am really happy about your from office staff and they know how to treat the guest. Definitely my next trip I will book with hotel. The main advantage is from the airport it’s 25 minutes drive and very close to city centre.

As per 3’star facility this hotel is having all the basic requirements.

The location of the hotel is close to the largest mall in Surabaya, a distance of about 800 meters on foot. Near the hotel there is a mini market that is open 24 hours, so it is easy to find sudden needs. Around the hotel there are restaurants. Bedroom space is spacious. The bed is quite comfortable. Facilities and equipment in the bedroom are quite complete.

Lots of mosquitoes so it's not comfortable to relax on the hotel terrace and restaurant, except indoors. The room atmosphere is gloomy, probably due to the choice of wall color. The tap water in the bathroom is a little clogged and runs small.

Strategic location as it is close to Tunjungan Plaza. All staff are very friendly, helpful and quick respond. Clean and spacious room.

AC capacity is too small in our room. Room feels quite hot.

Cleaneaness of the hotel & near to city..

No swimming pool

breakfast was fair enough, most of the items on the table were not fresh, especially fruits.. they keep reusing fruits from previous day.. other then that its okay to fulfil your hunger..

I didn't like the bathroom drain... if you had a shower the water would be collected on the floor and not pass the drain as the drain is in a cube like section for showering and water goes out the toilet section and the floor gets flooded.. there is a height difference of the flooring between the shower section and toilet section of an inch, they requested us to change the room but the layout is the same in all rooms so we stuck our old room.. rooms are spacious..

Is located in a nice area, only mins walk to Tunjungan plaza, and the coffee street! There is a nice bar : Lucy in the sky is around the corner, only 3 mins walk!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially for the price. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in since we’ve been in SE Asia. Very clean and comfortable.

First walking in, I started to like the interior of the frontdesk. What's more the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was given a smoking room because I have requested higher level room but not stating 'non-smoking'. As a result I was welcomed by smokes from a bunch of smoking ladies hanging out at the floor lobby.

Location. It's near Tunjungan Plaza, and around the hotel there's plenty roadside food stall. It's also near to McDonald's, KFC, and much more. The staffs were great and very helpful. Breakfast is good also. Definitely will stay again.

Nothing. All is good.

nice location (not to far from the train station). there might be good rooms on the already finished floors

our room was on a floor that was still in renovation. that alone wouldn’t be a problem for us ( even though damaged walls made quiet an impression) but we were presented with an old room that was not clean, especially in the bathroom, and also had damaged furniture. After not feeling comfortable in the room and complaining at the front desk they agreed for us to move rooms. the next room shown wasn’t any better than the first one - also having stains on the wall, the mirror and damaged/dirty furniture. we then ended up with a room that were you could see that there has already been done some renovation but it still didn’t seem finished (as there was still the old, damaged carpet floor in it and the final touches just hadn’t been made) . we stayed in that room because our stay was only one night (and half a day) and it was an improvement compared to the other room. the bed was clean in general but the room also heated up really fast whenever the AC wasn’t on (when leaving the room). We were ok for one night but do not understand the great ratings the hotel has on booking.com and were quiet surprised.

Was fully equipped hotel and good location

Hard to understand as staff hardly speak english.

Your staff helpful and polite

No 7 eleven but had to walk a distanceFood in the restaurant was not cheap and not tasty

Close by to eatery places and shopping mall, facilities are clean and comfortable. Will stay here again next time.

I liked the location, the room was comfortable and big, the staff very nice

I didn't like that the window was broken so you could hear from the outside because of the gap.

- The bed is very comfortable, the pillows were just nice in terms of thickness and hardness. - The location is good.- the restaurant serve good chilli!

- The room stinks at first when we checked in, maybe it was not aired for quite a while, we bought fabric spray from nearby supermarket to spray the carpet. - the toilet has foul smell as well, the sewage smell is strong.- The buffet dinner was so so, the pizza, please skip it, we waited for 50mins and it wasn't even passable.- the aircon will drip water ...
