The staff and location are great. The breakfast was also nice with lots of variety. The bed was quite comfortable eventho the room was quite small.
The soundproof wasn't really good, you can hear everything in the next room. Also the gym wasn't working, they said it's under maintenance.
Perfect spot at terminal 1 for rest before an early flight. Small but comfy and quiet. Lots of food options out on the main hall AND a free shuttle to terminal 2. Would highly recommend .
Nice Indonesian b'fast with a sprinkle of continental (bread slices, croissant etc). Friendly staff, excellent room service.

- so Dirty in the Gang - super Dirty at the breakfast area- Smoking area is Direct to the breakfast area. You start to smell it as soon you left the elevator- stuff at the dining area is super lazy. Don’t clean up prober. Everywhere ashes etc.

I had a room with a broken AC, they did try and fix it but it was still broken. They did eventually move me to another room, but it would've been nicer if they moved me straight away. I mean you get what you paid for.
Love the atmosphere, staffs that are very friendly and helpful as well as the location that is very easy to reach. The availability of parking areas also abundant.
Room of improvements include the quality and cleanliness of bedsheet and linenwares to be improved as there were stains and clots found; also, had one time problem with guests noise especially during late hours.

The location is perfect, it’s near everywhere. So for someone who love to exeprience many dishes. I do recommend this hotel. One of the plus is the staff is very friendly and it only took us 5 minutes for the checkin
