Modern hotel with good-sized and clean rooms. Staff is helpful and professional.

It was close to the airport and comfortable. Our plane was canceled and we were able to stay there at the last minute.

No pool.

AC was slow to cool, no soap at bathroom sink - had to go in shower and use body wash fixed to wall, bathroom door hits toilet and makes it hard for two people to be in bathroom Table next to bed was dirt and had drink cup ring Toast machine broken, have to stick your hand in and flip manually and only metal tools provided which is really dangerous. Should’ve at least had wood or plastic tongs to go in the burning machine! Also no butter out - had to ask and wait while

Room was large and the condition was good. Location was excellent

It is only 10 mins away from the airports, decent breakfast an services.

A bit far to the nearest mall but only 15-30mins away.

We enjoyed it our stay

Only issue faced was A/C water leakage, the maintenance team fix it swiftly but it happened couple of times

No one told me I needed to use room key/card to activate the lift. A customer assisted

Room really comfortable, food was delicious and lots of varieties, shuttle bus to the airport was great bonus.

If we can have a hair dryer in the room, it would be really helpful. But overall is great

Very clean and tidy. I like hotels with a carpet instead of tiles, it makes everything more warm and soft, and a lot less noisy

Getting a drink late in the evening was a bit complicated

The hotel is very nice. I always like rooms with a carpet on the floor; it shows class and the level of hospitality. Despite that, it wasn't expensive (for a european)

An open bar in the evening would be nice, but I guess there weren't enough visitors to make it viable.

The hotel provides shuttle bus to airport. It is very convenient if you need to catch up to the early airfly. The breakfast is very delicious and there are a lot of options

The room has some weird smell and window cannot be opened.

Breakfast was brilliant. Room was massive. Good location for catching a flight, helpful shuttle.

The gym facilities were disappointing, the running machine was faulty and therefore dangerous to use and there was little other equipment.

The showerhead had mold . That means the water coming out of it is not clean. This fact ruins the experience of stay. In the restaurant I saw a promo of the month menu for Laksa Bogor for IDR 60,000While, the everyday price of the same item is IDR 55,000That's a cheap trick.
