Amaris Hotel Darmo - Surabaya

It's nice place. I like to stay here cause it's quiet place and also charming staffs.

The WiFi running too slow.

Good price for 3 nights, clean room and tasty breakfast. The room was cleaned everyday while i was staying there.

The room service only open until 9 pm, and they close order at 8.30 pm, quite a bummer if you arrive late at night and expecting some room service. Wish they could extend it to 10 pm.

Room is quite comfy, the staff is very helpful, he helps me to find a room which just opposite of mine for my children. The parking space is good and the location of the hotel also is very convinient.Breakfast is ok.

The room is very small for 2 persons. Not enough space to woll around and no cupboard space

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was actually safe and close to nearby stores and resturants.

Nice regular hotel room, though a bit sterile feeling, with the best breakfast experience in Indonesia. Very helpful staff.

Location good

Ordered non smoking room but they gave us smoking room, they said already set as a non smoking room which is they only spray used air refresher and less than 1 hour smells of smoke return and very strong. Room condition were so dirty, dirt spot on every corner of floor. Toilet dirty. Lucky we used this hotel only for transit 3 hours for shower and I wished I could take a nap for awhile before I continue my trip to bromo. Unfortunately the smell of cigarettes really strong. Unlucky we spent around 500ribu for this dirty place.

Nice modern hotel, clean room with comfy bed, great breakfast served

Dinner was supposed to be provided upon request l, but when I asked the receptionist told me the staff had gone home earlier that day. Unfortunately around the area there is no much to explore, especially on foot, same if you need to eat

Location near to the places I need to go toStaffs are responsive and quick to act

We really loved our stay in Amaris Darmo, the location is very good and easy to reach anywhere in Surabaya. It is in the quite neighborhood but easy to find nearby restaurants or warung even until midnight. Breakfast is super and bed is also comfy. For the price we paid, we got more , totally worth it.

The staffs are very nice person, they try their best to help me,like book the taxi. And the restaurant Indonesia food is very delicious.

When I stayed there, because it had a few students group, so the hotel become very busy, especially when I tried to sleep on the bed, I could hear these people talking, laughing. The breakfast provide more western food ,it will be better.

Nice breakfast, different every day. Staff very kind and nice

It wasn't always too easy to communicate in English. I don't speak Bahasa and sometimes I needed help to translate.

Hot shower, good water pressure and amenities they provide

Hot shower, good breakfast, very friendly staff

Staff members were friendly. Location is good. Breakfast was decent.

The bedsheets/blanket had stains and didn't smell good. The bathroom didn't drain properly and pooled, so it was slippery. I am disabled, so it felt unsafe.

Breakfast n location are good

Washtafel is leaking, make wet floor

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice. Love the location, located in the center of Surabaya, but the streets in front the hotel were not to busy, so it's still comfortable enough.

Bed sheets needa to be replaced. There's some stains.

The breakfast was good for the price.

Lots of ants in the room, no refrigerator in the room.

The room is comfortable and the breakfast also good as 2 star.Friendly staff

The roof of the bathroom should renovate,The WIFI in the room really poor. The breakfast restaurant is dirty.
