Premier Place Surabaya Airport

NEAR TO AIRPORT, SPACIOUS ROOM AND GOOD BREAKFAST

NA

Booked to only rest for a few hours and shower before a same day evening flight. The staff was professional and attentive

Nice premises and clean room. The breakfast was good and the free shuttle service to the airport was reliable.

Pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms and a quick shuttle to the airport - all good.

Love it very much!! Excellent place to stay highly recommended. Very near to the airport only 6min to t2. Exceptionally nice and helpful staffs. The hotel gave me connecting room even before i request. The counter, the porter, the shuttle driver, repairman, cafe, the food. Excellent combo! Very Good and fast service. After check in, i realised that 1 of our room door was unable to lock.. the staff came & got it repair immediately after we inform the receptionist. And breakfast was delicious!! Will definitely repeat. The only thing is I didnt realize there was an extra bed below the queen bed?? but its ok. Tq Premier Place!!! 10/10

The room is very clean. The facilities are more than worth it. The staff are nice and take good care of you.

Poor

My wife ordered food via room service. An hour after ordering we rang to find out how long it might be; we were told they had forgotten about our order. The room was cold and noisy thanks to the air conditioner. Google translate of the message at the controls says do not adjust the controls. Cold Noisy room = NO SLEEP!!! Still trying to work out what I paid you for!

Great value for money .Clean, nice rooms , very nice swimming pool and great massage (I particularly recommend Billa). Conveniently located close to the airport. Exceptionally nice and helpful staff from reception to drivers. Good and fast cleaning service.

Excellen part:1. Breakfast is very good and have many choices2. Bed is comfortable and room is clean, good location.Should improved:1. We order room service for food, but the one is different from the menu and then we called the front desk that they said there's such food so they changed to orthers, but I think hotel should inform us first.2. At about 22:0pm, we got call from front desk that we don't pay the accommodation cost, but actually when we check in, the employee doensn't inform us that Booking.com doesnt deduct the pay and we need to pay in the front desk. Front desk should check this part when we check in.

They have great hospitality! You can tell they know how to serve their guests and tend to their needs. The airport shuttle was convenient. The pool is relaxing and food was great! We had 2 interconnected rooms and it was clean and comfortable. The laundry service great.

We were there during Iftar/Ramadan and it was crowded in the lobby/ restaurant/pool area/ and very loud and the regular menu items weren’t available from 5-9pm. That was inconvenient.

Decent hotel with shuttle service to the airport, a good alternative if need to stay near airport to catch flight or arriving late.

Booked family room for 4 but turns out it was just a regular room with added beds, which resulted that it became very squeezy. It was not much cheaper than booking two rooms, so kind of regret not to just book for two rooms.

Easy to get to from airport Good food Nice poolComfy beds

The staff were amazing with their attention to detail. We were hoping to catch a taxi on the evening we arrived to make it to a shopping mall downtown before closing time. The hotel reception ensured it was organised and we were able to do so.We had an early morning check out as our flight was very early in the morning and we were not going to be able to make breakfast but the staff took our breakfast order and ensured we could take our breakfast away.

Helpful staffAmazing pool.Good value for money

Room was quite small but spaceouse enough.Room smeld bad but after roomspray it was good

- Close to Juanda Airport, - Breakfast with a varied menu and delicious taste. - The shower water channel is smooth and comfortable for bathing

- The TV in the room is annoying and can't be watched because it's blurry. It seems like the management doesn't pay attention in this digital age and of course this can actually reduce the comfort of staying.- Far from the minimarket and needs to be anticipated from the outside before staying.

Location, airport shuttle, restaurant, staff

All good

Close to airport, 10 minute drive. Pool deck room with access to the pool. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Aircon very cool.

No dislikes to note.

Ideally situated for an early morning flight the next day: close to the airport but still quiet. Good food selection at the restaurant and possibility of having a massage

The swimming pool closes at 7pm, a pity we didn't know beforehand.

Disgusting mold smell in bathroom, mold traces around sink and shower. It looks like no bathroom deep cleaning or maintenance is done.

Room was spacious for a family of three. Having a small toddler travelling with us, we need a good breakfast that can cater his needs. My toddler loves the food (nasi based menu) and we are amazed on how the buffet spread has variety of choices. The hotel also offers free-shuttle service to the airport and it was a breeze to book it (can be done prior coming to the hotel upon confirmation) or can be done at the reception desk.

Some parts of our room such as underneath the bed are left unvacuumed so there were accumulated dust. Thankfully, we only stayed there for a night so it was not a bothersome at all. The kettle and tea/coffee station is quite hidden but it was organized.
