Reception barely spoke any English so it was very difficult to check in.The building was super hot and humid, no air-conditioning at all. Our room was even worse, and in the 4h we spent there, the airco didn't cool it off at all.The bedding had blood stains and hair on them, the bathroom had mold spots and smelled funky.I charged my samsung earbuds in on of the sockets and the charger got superhot and burned the inside of the case, ruining my earbuds of 150€ :)

Less and less amenities provided. Last time they didn't even provide toothbrush. We had breakfast at "sahur" time which was delivered to our room. Although the food was good we still prefer buffet breakfast because of more choices. Pop Hotel used to be my favorite but I guess now it's not anymore.
location and parking space of the hotel is very good, aircon is working well, but only a bit lack of facilities such as soap, Things need to improve: lighting, and I saw bath mat is a bit dirty.If you are looking for short stay is okay in here, worth since the price is less than USD 15/night. However it is not recommended to stay here for longer than one days
Breakfast and food in restoran not too bad and we have safety box (but this item not work in my room.
Room not match with my bookings and we don't get aminities. The access card often a problem for access the lift. At the bathroom, the light were off.
