The room size and the price

The condition of drainage is not working well

The price very affordable , comfortable, staff very friendly .

Dark and not too clean for the room . I saw some hair from last customer before me.. but overall it’s good

I like you avoid water plastic bottle in side room.

While booking, I selected include breakfast, but when I reach hotel, come to know the breakfast is not included.

Decent size room, comfortable bed, located within 20min from all major shopping Mall

We stayed 6 nights in the Deluxe Double1).Very poor igene specially in the dining room with fruit flies flying everywhere and small cocorouches2). Some of the food wasnt fresh at all. 3). The locking/unlocking system on the door kept glitching having to go down to recepoton to reset the card 4). Lobby area sofa had several stains on it 5). Hotel room service food is not a good value for money and some foods wasnt even fresh

- Location was good within 20mins from most major shopping mall- The deluxe Double room was a decent size room and comfortable bed

-No complementary water in the room- Dining room has several fruit flies and small cocorouches crawling around- Some of the foods were not fresh

Nothing. All is crap!!! It’s old and full of damps!

We are from the UK ??, and we supposed to stay here for 4 days 3 nights for vacation, but decided to checkout in day 2! Rooms were foisty, damp and full of molds ?we asked to change room 2x but apparently all the rooms are same! Dirty + smell damp everywhere… AC is damn hot! Bathroom was dirty and smells funny - Any Red Doors/ OYO is even better hygiene than this hotel ?Seriously, you guys need to take a very deep consideration to spend your money here. Despite of what people said about the location is great, to us… this wasn’t even really next to main city centre.And….. Rooms are not soundproof! So yeah, no peaceful & relax experience during our stay here. NEVER AGAIN…….!

Friendly staff

Very dated and run down, pool was underwhelming like swimming in a multi story car park and the gym was very limited

I already stayed in Feb month 2024 also this the reason i again stay in July month also i like this hotel staff they are very nice

The location was pretty good for us and it’s only like 30 m from probably one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve come across in Indonesia. the staff tried very hard to be as helpful as they could given the circumstances. We give them points for their personal efforts.

Don’t book floor 11 or 12 the Aircon there does not work. It seems a bit rundown and we needed to be moved of those two floors. The property was value for money but was rundown and sparkling clean. That was good enough for sleeping in the end.

A bit dirty

Room was spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room safe didn’t work. Toilet leaked. Basin tap leaked. Shower cubicle leaked across floor. Only two towels provided.

brakfast was good,staff are frindly

room area,balcony and bathroom not clean,so dirty, i stay at suite room unacceptable look like budget hotel room,please take more attention about the hygiene,i wont come back again and not recommended.

The location is in the heart of the city and the price is excellent

Pool is super cold

Lovely big bed and good bathroom. Wi-Fi was fine. Breakfast very good- eggs cooked to order. Excellent location as close to some very nice restaurants

Gym equipment needed updating - most of it was brokenWe were given a ‘free upgrade’ which in reality was the hotel moving us to a full corridor most likely to make cleaning easier. We were put next to a noisy family (adjoining room) and soundproofing wasn’t great

The breakfast is very nice, it features several Indonesian dish as well as a variety of classic breakfast options. Staff is also giving quality service.

Bathroom equipment is worn and could be better maintained.

A no go. We got an upgrade from a superior to a deluxe room and wondered if it was a downgrade. The photo looks much better than the room is. Facilities are worn out and it does not feel clean (some spots might not disappear any more even after a deep cleaning). No idea when the windows have been cleaned the last time outside. If you open the tap of the washbasin, it touches the mirror. A plastic protection there in wood look is already falling off. Avoid to look at the sealed a d grouted parts of the shower.No towels at the pool and no staff there. Scratched toilet bowl seat and clogged toilet there. Liquid soap was empty.Staff at the reception did not know opening times of the few sights, it just consults Google maps.Breakfast staff does not speak English. The hotel seems to target mainly Indonesian customers. The egg station is outside right in front of an exhaust. The breakfast selection was good, but expect jams and juices that taste chemical.

The security were professional. The staff and front line management were organised and allowed everything to work as clockwise. Novita and Mulayadi are great in their role as all the others were able to perform their duties with professionalism as well as tender loving care. They are passionate in their job and when their is the passion excellence is delivered. I hope to one day return and they can be like family.
