Spacious room and bathroom. Strong AC. Nice view. Comfortable bed.

Buffet pricey and quality is poor. Towels are old and got loose edges. There are ants in the room.

Pool sad, also lack of activities near hotel, no outdoor cocktail area, smoking is pervasive in restaurant area. Most notably is non smoking area is confined in a glass enclosure which is the opposite standard. Customers still need to pass through the smoke, and essentially smother yourself in smoke smell. It's also dangerous for the employees. Java like Istanbul people are heavy smokers Japan as well.

NOT a five star hotel! Unsure how they got 5 stars , but I have stayed in many Wyndams throughout the world - this was a huge disappointment. Dirty smelly toilet in the bathroom , no hot water only warm and when I asked they said that is normal. Room fridge was not a fridge but a cold plate that did not keep anything cold. I wanted to use 2 forks & 2 knives and they wanted a cash deposit. I guess my platinum card wasn't enough? I could go on . . .

Breakfast was good, restaurant staff were friendly. Gym was well equipped.

Rooms were dated. Location was walking distance to (5-10min) to mall, but no good restaurants close by

The location was great for people who would like to have easy access to Tunjungan Plaza or nearby cafes and restaurants.

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. The room did not cool down that much even with the air conditioning on the highest setting (~25 degrees).

The restaurant and staff were great. The pool, gym, and spa are wonderful perks. I did get a traditional massage while there which was quite helpful. The room was also quite large and nicely laid out, with a large shower, tub, and comfortable bed.

Really the only place where I was let down was the apparent lack of maintenance. The wallpaper is peeling off in a lot of areas, likely due to moisture. There's also obviously a bit of an issue there with calcium in the water. The taps and shower head badly need to be de-calcified so that they are clean and the shower head works properly. Previous guest have likely been using the tap water in the kettle, because the spout of the kettle was heavily calcified as well, leading to me not wanting to use it. I stayed for 2 nights and the second night, when I went to get a shower before bed, there was no hot water in my room, so that was super disappointing. Hopefully that's something they can address in the future. Overall, it's a very nice hotel: it just needs a little TLC.

The hotel is in need of deep cleaning and renovations. The furniture is damaged or irreversibly stained from the use and the wallpaper is peeling. This is true for the rooms as well as the common spaces.It is evident that it used to be a real 5-star hotel but it is no more

Super large room and bathroom. Clean. Comfortable hotel.

Only two small bottles of water in the room for two people. Airconditioning was struggling to keep the room cool. Breakfast could be better, no fresh fruit.

Extremely disappointed with our stay here. The kettle in the room was faulty and touching the handle after boiling water burnt my partner’s hand. When we went down to reception to get something to treat the burn, they only offered us ice - as long as we paid for it!Shower was tepid at best, room was in real need of some upkeep and towels were unnecessarily difficult to get hold of. Would certainly avoid in the future.

The check in process was quick. The room & public area was clean.

They did not prepare the room well. I had to request for changing room because some equipment/tools did not work well. I wished that movie TV channel was more. A bigger smart TV would be more appropriate.

Maintenance suck! Hall is smelly and staff did fulfill their promises. Gave us room without nice view while specifically asked for. Promised to change room but never contacted back..

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable bed and pillow, great facilities with friendly and helpful staffs. Location is near to mall, shops and pharmacies. Various selection of breakfast.
