Bonnet Hotel Surabaya

Great value with strategic and convenient location. Plenty of food options around and a grocery store directly below.Fixes have been made to previously non-functional shower switches and garbage bins. Upgraded smart TV provides more entertainment options.Room for improvement: changing the moldy shower curtains.

The very close to supermarket

Lighting room should brighter

Good location, near by has a lot of restaurant and Bonnet supermarket just below the hotel

Don't have refrigerator and hair dryer

Good value for convenience and location. TVs are upgraded with more selections.

The shower needs an upgrade (can't switch from ceiling to head) and hairdryer isn't readily available in the room. A fridge would be a great addition to the room.

Great staff, location and room.

The shower head/some items in the room are not well kept (bulbs are out). Otherwise it's a pleasant stay.

Convenient location with supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby

Noisy. It gets very noisy at level 2 in the morning cause people rush to check out and having breakfast.

Location is perfect! Many restaurants and supermarkets.

I don’t know how mosquitoes come?

The staff are amicable, courteous, and accommodating. The breakfast menu from the restaurant has lots of variety and all are delicious. The location is very close to all amenities. Hotel guests can also walk around neighboring streets with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Location

- unresponsive reservation team and they dont bother about your request and never reply my request - dirty rooms, may spiders webs, dusty and insects- torn and dirty linens

Good location surrounded by many delicious restaurants. There is a supermarket downstairs with so many snacks.Close to the galaxy mall. Comfortable bed. Compact room

The room wasn't soundproof enough.

the location is near restaurants and other food stalls, which is very handy. It is near UNAIR and some other public places in Surabaya. Good location. It is also next to a big supermarket. So, if you need anything you just go down-stairs and do some shopping. The traditional food is sold in front of the supermarket; yummy food. And this stall is open early in the morning until late at night.

the wall is very thin, so that we can hear people talking in the other room. When those people were talking and joking loudly, I could hear what they said, and could not sleep well.

Breakfast is delicious. But not many options.

Wifi really terrible. Door lock often didn’t work.

Convenient location, nearby have lots of foods and massage shops, this is why I always stay here during my trip to Surabaya. Room size are consider huge and comfortable to move around

Bathroom cleanliness could be improved, there's awful smell and dirty shower head >< Dusty table inside the room as well, good things we wipe the table before putting our food and belongings there

Value for money, great location on top of a supermarket and surrounded by so many restaurants!

The bath towels are dated and dirty.

Everything is ok

Parking is a little space

Location near food

Not allowing for triple occupnacy

location.

Closed to all activity I needed.

No water pressure at all while I'm shower.

Location meet my expectations. Grocery at upper ground floor was great.

Comfortable place and location

Car park very small
