Everything is in a great standard. Friendly staff, great room and accommodation.

The only thing that I hope can be fixed in the future is the entrance for pedestrians. The path is very small. It’s hard for people to walk through especially when they carry a lot of luggage. The rain also only makes it worse.

Good location close to well-known restaurants & around 10 mins walk to a big mall, cool AC, good wifi.

- My first impression when I entered our assigned room, I said to my hubby that the room smell awful (smell like bad body odour). Then the next day, I woke up early in the morning because my arm and my hand was so itchy and had rashes, and found out I was bitten by bed bug. It could be from one of the stained and old pillow. We complained and requested to change the room and luckily they gave us a new room within 2-3 hours. - I think the faveroom we booked doesn't have soundproof as every morning I heard people open and close the doors as well as people walked and talked outside. I felt like sleeping in a boarding house. - As the hotel located in the business complex, we have to pay parking everytime entered the complex, even only to drop off/pick up the hotel guests in front of the hotel.

I like to deco & sweet colour of the hotel, It is also very clean & tidy.The rooms and toilet are big in spaces.Drinking water is also being provided.

I didin't like to lift because the sensor is very slow and less sensitive.

The toilet bowl seat surface was peeled off. The water from shower was sprayed unevenly. The room was smelly.

I thought it was absurd to charge for the bottle of water in the room, without warning. The room was very small, but in the reservation I warned that I had a 12 year old child, they should have provided at least an extra pillow, but there was nothing

They provided us with a water jug/pitcher so we can refill it at anytime, it's ecofriendly, rather than a couple of plastic bottle which never be enough for the guest actually. This is a good idea. Water dispensers are located down the hallway.

The shower was horrible, it definitely needs some fixing. I got a towel with a hole on it, yeah it's fine as long as they are clean, i dont mind. Perhaps they are in a tight budget. No rugs available in the bathroom, luckily i was given 2 towels. LoL. I qas staying for 2 days, the next day they gave me a rug. Moreover, about the pillows, perhaps they can do something about them.
