Close to the airport. Save the time, clean. Staff was so amazing, friendlly and polite.

AC it’s not cooling properly inside the room even the temperature I was put on 16 degrees Celsius.

The hotel was clean and well located to the domestic terminal. it is minute a 20 minute cab ride from the international terminal.

Very convenient and affordable hotel when you have take a very early flight next day.

One of the rooms (we booked 5) has malfunctioned air con. But they were able to change the room to a better one.

For a solo traveller doing a short transit stay, it is an excellent choice. The reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room, while small, was clean and comfortable. The location in the domestic terminal is super convenient, especially if you are arriving / departing at "odd" hours. There are plenty of options for food and drink within the airport.

These are NOT things I didn't like, but other travellers might like being aware of: the rooms are very small; if you are travelling with someone else or extra luggage, it will be a tight fit. The shower and bathroom are not a separate space, but form part of the room. Like any other airport hotel, you will hear other travellers coming and going at times when you might be trying to sleep. Other reviews have noted that the bedding sometimes has stains - I did also notice this, but personally it wasn't an issue as the bedding was obviously clean. The pillows are not the most comfortable.

Best Feature is the location in the domestic terminal. Perfect for an early morning flight. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Water dispenser on the floor would be great

Very convenient for a transit stop. They could use a lesson in what constitutes breakfast though. No bread or milk or any choices of food for that matter. Small cardboard boxes of rice and a local dish ( no idea what). For a hotel located in an airport, they need to cater for a broader range of customers.

Apart from not being a good vantage point for plane spotting, this hotel was okay. Fairly standard basic budget Ibis Hotel facilities, now operating under a different name.

The (not really satisfactory) view of the planes. The runway-facing rooms at this hotel are billed as vantage points for plane spotting, but my room wasn't really. The window was small, and the view of the planes was largely obscured by the terrace outside (to which there appeared to be no public access, for those who might want a decent view of the aircraft). I was also told that there is no public viewing gallery at this airport. In that respect, it was much like CGK and DPS, at both of which you really need to be checked in and airside to do any plane spotting from the airport itself.

The staff are super nice and professional. I felt very welcoming there. The location is perfect if you're catching an early morning flight. The hotel is in T1 but they also have free shuttle to T2. However, if you're going somewhere else than the airport, then don't choose this hotel. Calling a taxi from the airport is more expensive due to the parking fee.

The room was small and old. The AC worked quite slowly. No hair dryers preset (I called the reception to get one).

Very nice staff. It was decently clean and the wifi was good. We only stayed for a couple of hours after arriving late at night.

Even though it’s “conveniently located” right at the airport, you have to circle the whole airport and get a taxi for this as there is no way you can actually walk there from the arrival hall.

It is the perfect place to stay if you have a very early flight, but not more than that. I highly recommend to try the Blind reflexology: foot massages given by blind people. The price is very fair and the service is 10/10.

We ask for a wake-up call and they confirmed, but it didn't happen.

Tiny room, ventilation

We needed a place to sleep before flying out early the next morning. The hotel is integrated with the airport so super convenient. It was also surprisingly quiet…we didn’t hear any aircraft noise.

The shower was a pod in the bedroom. It wasn’t very private and couldn’t be used without waking my fellow traveller.
