Amaris Hotel Margorejo Surabaya

The breakfast was amazing with many choices of Indonesian food. The hotel clearly supports Indonesian culinary for the guests. Amenities were good and we can get water from a dispenser outside the room. It was such a nice service that the guests don't need to ask for water from the hotel as the tap water in Indonesia was undrinkable.

The parking lot for cars was limited so the hotel offered free valet parking. It was fine as long as you don't leave anything there. When you need to get something from your car, the hotel guy will give the key and you find the car by yourself.

the location is near to shopping mall.the room is spacious and the bed size is huge.the water pressure is strong even at floor 10.the staffs are friendly and attentive.

the aircon system is slow and takes longer time to cool down the hot room.the bathroom lighting need to be improved, no lighting at the shower side.very limited parking spaces.

Convenient and comfortable place to stay... Close to McD is an extra point ?

The parking area was quite small plus there was renovation process going on. But the security was very helpfull

Good location as it is near to everywhere. Breakfast also good. Worth the price you pay

Bathroom cleanliness can be improved

We only stayed one night and it was perfect for us, not too far from the airport and not in the middle of the city. We could check-in easily and have a good big breakfast (buffet) !

The breakfast was amazing, the building is overall well kept

Not much to do nor many food options nearby

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean

The beds are very uncomfortable at these hotels. The springs do not ccompress evenely so you wnd up with them digging into your side or back at night. Im heavy so it is more severe. Lightweights probably wont have an issue.

Breakfast was great, lots of variety specially Indonesian menus. Location is very convinience and close to my main purpose come to Surabaya. staff was great and helpfull.

its little bit to noisy due to some large groups stayed in the same time i was there.

Clean room, very strategic location, the breakfast is more than I excpected (pretty good for the price). Check in and check out processes were done swiftly.

The room is considerably small, which is understandable due to the location and price. Yet, I hope the furniture arrangement wouldn't be so hard to make space for prayer. The angle is a little bit difficult for praying position (the room was on the 5th floor, right wing). Also, I booked twin beds for 2 persons, but the amenities were only for 1 person.

The beds and pillows are comfortable. The location is near a mall easy to find foods. Breakfast with enough varieties is included. Bathroom is clean. Very friendly and kind staffs.

Parking is limited. No plastic bag or liner for the bins. Some details cleanliness can be improved.

There was no water heater jug in the bedroom although there were coffee and tea.

All stuffs are packed in a limited space: the bed and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable, and we can get a sightseeing of Surabaya at night. Plus free breakfast, I think it is worth for money.

The location near the road and other hotels or shops which created a bit noise at night. It is no problem though, coz we just stay for a night transit before our departure to Lombok.

The location, only 2 minutes walking distance to the mall. The staffs were also very helpful & friendly.

The cleaness need to improve The shower ? need to fix so that water flow betterBreakfast is very basic

We stayed here for a transit during our roadtrip to Bali, the location is good (not far from the toll exit). The staff helped me with the parking space, since it was full.

The window in my room is broken, it can not be closed properly. so I can still hear the noise from the street. The coffee at breakfast was awful.

the staff so friendly

my first room have an ac issue that broken and flooded the room

I like almost everything, the place, the ambience, the service and most of it worth the price!

The lights in front of my room is off, maybe next time the employee can replace it that time when they know it.
