aesthetic, very nicely designed room

low ceilings, a bit suffocating, windows are small, price a bit expensive compare to others

Interior atmosphere, variation of breakfast menu, location near to Pakuwon Mall.

Swimming pool is small. Room lighting is too dimmed.

Elevator is so bad. Need more elevator. 36 floor building only 4 elevator that goes all the way to top floor. Even worse 1 one of them is out of service.Staff keep telling 1 is out of service. Even if it is on service it’s still insufficient. Needs at least 6 elevator that serves up to the top.

Good location, hotel facility is good, breakfast was quite complete

Service were a bit lacking, slow reception for check in, hotel facility getting a bit run down, only one lift available at night so need to wait a long time

We like everything, spacious room with table and couch that allows us to work from our room, the window allows plenty of natural light during the day and at night the room has good lighting. AC was a bit noisy but comfortable we can set the temperature ourselves. The is a sliding door that keeps the bedroom area separate from the bathroom area, which was a genius touch, not only it cuts down the noise from the corridors, it also made sure that if one of us needs to use the bathroom, the sliding door keeps the bedroom quiet and dark. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, always fresh and hot, coffee was plentiful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient for the things that we need to get done.

Our room is right around the corner from the elevator, so we can hear the elevator going up and down, it takes time to get our ears used to it, doesn’t bother us afterwards

the bed was comfortable, with large pillows made you sleep deeperthe bathroom itself tidy and neat even little bit smaller size for this kind of hoteland most memorable experience was the breakfast, complete and lot of choices

the lift had strange sound, like an old lift and never had maintenance

The vibes of the lobby and the restaurant was perfect.

The room! It's more likely a 4 stars room standard not a 5 stars. They need to pay more attention to details of the room. I had to change the hair dryer 2 times, as they started to smell burnt

Hospitality, clean, and such a helpful and thoughful toward my family, experiences an emergency situation to hospital at 01:30 am. My mom condition was critical, the Staff able to help to provide vehicle for us to go to ER at nearby hospital. At the morning the manager reached me to check my mom condition, assisted my 3 years old son & his nanny for breakfast, such a thoughful of you. Thank you

The breakfast is awesome, there are so many food varieties and The snacks and drinks in the room is free.

The hotel pool is small

Breakfast variety was great. The lady at the front desk (Suzan) was absolutely great. All the staff were very friendly and especially in the breakfast hall.

When there are a lot of people we had to wait for long periods to get the lift especially on the higher floors because every time the lift arrives it is full of people.

Modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff specially the client relationship manager Hary and Suzan at the front desk. Comfortable beds. Fancy toilet.

Food and drinks at the lounge are quite basic. Fridge in the room was not working. Free minibar but no sodas. “Rain shower” was more of a drizzle.

I've stayed in Vasa multiple times and I always loved their rooms, breakfast, and also service and this time is also great as usual!

Rooms & beds are comfortable, everything was better than I expected for that value sector. The location is very convenient, if you have your own transport.

The entrance and reception area always too busy and cluttered, The flow of traffic in and out is wrong and finding a taxi very difficult.

Perfect location. Breakfast menu was amazing with full of choices.

Restaurant location When we were staying, unfortunately, the hotel was fully occupied of group wedding, national football team, and corporate companies. Crowded hotel lobby and and super busy during breakfast.

To my pleasant surprice I received invitation to participate on the 33rd floor, the VIP lounge, for breakfast and late afternoon drinks and snacks. Very nice and excellent . Thank you

There wasn't a comfortable chair in the room.There wasn't an office chair, nor a desk where I could comfortably work on my computer.Sitting on the couch without backrest at the round table was not very comfortable for my back: got back pain.

the room is beautiful and the staff is friendly

I booked for 2 rooms and I had to wait for almost an hour for my 2nd room.

It is relatively new hotel with good ambience.

The parking space is so limited and quite bothering during a peak season. The entrance sign is not that clear because you need to use the next office building to go into the hotel.
