- The Staff, especially those at the Restaurant were excellent: friendly and so helpful.

- The standard room is pretty small we have to upgrade to renovated room, it is a bit bigger because it is in the corner. Thus the price we have to pay nearly the same with the Harris hotel nearby. which has a bigger room.
- Room size, room layout,Cleanliness of the room and all room equipment, staff is not very helpful
- The shower cubicle was so small and no place to put your toiletries (our own soap/shampoo/facial cleanser, etc)

I loveeee the staff , all of them are so friendly! The facilities in the room ok & clean
The bathroom wall are almost transparent & quite packed in a room, maybe because of the design im not sure but so far still okay
Not much. The employees and reception were quite nice, everything else not so much.
The room and the location. The rooms advertised on booking.com are completely different to the ones that you actually get given. The room was tiny, dirty, smelled funky, and seemed like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. The in house masseuse was also very questionable.

The room is very small. I can't imagine staying with friend/couple here. For a solo (one room one person), the room is perfect. The TV have four bright spot.
views of Surabaya ware great. enjoyed that, and clear digital tv with multi language Chanels was good. A/C was great. beer sold in lobby I liked as it’s east Jawa, so that was a unexpected but welcome surprise. food was great in ground level entry of hotel building. plus snacks also available to buy.
room did not fill clean as expected, tooth brush on floor from previous guest, S-bend of sink smelled bad when using sink. under bed not cleaned at all. slept on top of Doona with a/c at 26c as I don’t think sheets ware cleaned or changed, or just stained. I’m not picky person, just expected a higher baseline standard of cleaning.

No Soap in the Shower. Cockroaches in my colleagues room.
