Friendly and accommodating staff; 24/7 gym, amazing breakfast buffet.

Our stay in Holiday Inn was comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Great simple rooms with lovely bed and some English speaking TV channels - blimey ! Great breakfast with all sorts of new food I hadn’t tried before

The location is good, the city view from our room was nice, very clean, very friendly staffs

Better cleaner towels n bedsheet

Need to change the towels. Bath towel is grey, whilst the shower rug is whiter (as attached in the photos)

due to work schedule , i enjoy my breakfast around 10-15 mins, I have to come again without those bad partner

- Breakfast could be improved - Add baked or rebus Sweet potato (kledek) - Groundnut (kacang tanah)- Corn (jagung) - Add aroma at the lobby like Gran Inna - Aroma Serai maybe or Lavender - No welcoming cut fruits on a plate like other hotel in room as welcoming - Staff attire not attractive at all... Look at Grand Inna as example.. very soothing and attractive -

The location was perfect to go around the city, and the local breakfast is quite good, perhaps more varieties of local fruits could be better.

Limited of coffee and western breakfast.

The staff made effort to delight their customers by smiling, greeting and making a call for taxi service

The hotel room is very dirty.The hotel rooms do not live up to the standard of cleanliness - the carpet is very dirty..The towels are usable as a mop.. dirty towels

There was nothing good about this hotel

The hotel rooms are dirty - the carpets in the rooms are extremely very dirty. "The thing that I do not understand is a hotel with this giant name in the world - they have a bad management that is unable to supervise the most honourable level of cleanliness .. a shameful and disappointing thing ... I was with my colleagues forced to stay three nights in this dirty hotel.I thank the receptionist who understood the matter and tried three times to find rooms somewhat less dirty. Towels are suitable as mops.

The rooms are clean bed comfortable only the bathroom is small. But for the price good hotel. Breakfast was ok ?

Comfy beds, TV with international channels, kettle and tea and coffee provided, good shower. Clean. Lots of choice for buffet breakfast.

When I entered the room there was some pungent smell which couldn't be solved but eventually it faded , But it kept coming back the moment I re opened the room again .

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, quick check in/out, helpful staff

No more fridge in my room, not complete amenities, need to improve food quality
