Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza

Breakfast had a superb selection of local and western foods, location right next to the Plaza is awesome

Strategic place, neat and clean, food variety for dinner and breakfast fantastic, services super!

Very nice place, comfy bed, good shower, clean, modern, good location

We stayed very short time at the hotel and during our stay everything was perfect. They have nice open buffet dinner available in the Lime restaurant and it is a very good value for money. I recommend it.

Everything was good

For sure, the location is awesome! If we need anything, we just go to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. For this trip, we notice in our room, the shower was perfect For hot and cold water. Before this trip, we got not good shower. The receiptionist, concierge,f& b also housekeeping were great! Please keep it up good work! The food was great as well, they provide sahur for muslim who does Ramadhan Fasting, the menu was awesome. Overall we were a happy customer.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Literally the best place to stay in Surabaya. They even gave me a free room upgrade.

I like the location very close to the tunjungan plaza mall, so quite convenient. The rooms were cozy, beds very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!

The breakfast spread is superb, a lot of choices and the tastes are all delicious.

Not providing a small cushion/pillow in the room. For a person like me who has shoulder and arm problem, small cushion really helps.

In the middle of Surabaya city. Room size is very comfortable if you bring big luggage or more family member..

Move to Tunjungan Plaza mall need to pass parking lot, was quite hot. And the drop off location is too small.

Location in the middle of Surabaya city. Really nice place to travel around. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Room decoration with some red color giving out a bit tense vibe (not bad, just personal preference). Go to Tunjungan Plaza need pass the parking lot, a bit hot.

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and centrally located alongside the Tunjungan Mall

All the staff was friendly, helpful and polite.Breakfast buffet was amazing. A lot of variety of delicious food. Facilities are clean and inviting.

Convenient location and clean. Breakfast was awesome coz there a lot of varieties. Room was a good size and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and always with a smile.

Connection to the mall as either we had to go down to the concierge and go out to the mall or go through Level 6 and walked through the parking area.

The location in 6 floor. Nice place

Local food

Not to bad !

Checking out sinds I stay Ed 5 nights,I ask for a late check—out,I got only 1 hour extention. Instead of Mid day,I got to 13.00 hours which I refused !

Good

I tried in NY apps to shorten my stay...from the 17th to the 16th. Unfortunately, it wasn't approved. I was still charged until the 17th despite giving 3 days' notice.

Location

Bath room water pressure and hot/cool control.

The breakfast spread was excellent. Love that it’s right beside the shopping mall that has everything we need. The room was also clean and comfortable.

Nothing in particular.
