A mouse in the breakfast area, the staff did not notice, we notify the staff and the staff toke a long time to remove the mouse. Totally disgusting

Room have cockroach (not just one or two) , when ı stay in there 2 times they make posion but not enough whole building need to be cleaning. Cleaning so much poor, ınternet wifi connection problem always.
