Midtown Hotel Surabaya

Good location, not super clean and in 24h I got called by the staff 3x… really a bit annoying and unnecessary, as I wanted to rest a bit and they disturbed me by that. No gym

The service that provided was excellent. Variety of TV channel & we enjoyed to see Korean movie while resting. Near to shopping spot.

Location is great, within walking distance from cafes, eateries, Tunjungan Plaza mall, convenience stores etc. The staff were friendly and respond quickly.

It was way too crowded at breakfast time in the dining area and a lot of food ran out and we often had to wait for the food replenishment. Safe deposit box, tv, tv remote control, etc should be checked before the guests came in to ensure they work properly.

Located at Surabaya city centre. Few mins walk to Tunjungan Mall, McDonald, etc. Quick check in.

The light in the room abit dark.

It is now our go to hotel every time we visit Surabaya. The location is amazing and the facilities are good for what you Clean room. Also special highlight for the housekeeping staff who always very friendly.Great view if you stay in the higher floor.

Small room and bathroom, but I think it's fair with the price the ask.

Strategic location, relatively affordable, breakfast had many choices and all of them are good. Room are clean enough.

The beds and pillows were ultra comfy and on the softer side which i loved. Also, the location is convenient.

There was an issue with the light in the toilet on the first night but the receptionist sent engineers which fixed it up in 1 hours time. The second night, there was a power trip in my room and everything went off. had to go downstairs to get it sorted out but that took longer and the receptionist was not too fluent in english.

I like the room , enough and not to big

I don't like the shower, I prefer moveable shower.

Good wifi connection, clean bathroom, good room view ( I get a city view from the 9th floor), double bed very comfortable. This place is ideal for solo travel or short business.

The room doesn't have comfort side for work (the chair and work table) and I think the room's design little bit oldies. Maybe the management can redesign the room. I don't like the lighting, the room doesn't have enough light so a little bit dark when evening comes up.

Cleaning routines was very noisy during the morning. Kept on hearing banging and screeching noises (I assume it was from moving furnitures during cleaning) from upstairs and other rooms nearby. I couldn’t get any sleep at all. It was very annoying. Other than that everything is ok.

Breakfast was good and the kocation is just perfect, nearby convenience stores, Ranch Market and Tunjungan Plaza mall. The staff were polite and helpful.

The room size is a bit small and the clean towels were a bit damp.

My worst experience in my life. Aircon not cold. Mosquitoes in theroom, whencomplain they came to spray the room. The toilet n shower dirty. Will never recommend to anyone. Sad very sad. Waste of money. Today changing hotel , staying for 3 weeks. Anyway bye. Disappointed very disappointed. If need more clarification call me. +659355 8178 .

The staff very polite, clean room and the location also perfect near city center (Tunjungan)

Need more space to car parking. But the hotel provide valet service and quite helpful.
