Do not stay in this hotel!
Room was old, dirty and had a musky smell. Aircon in the rooms were not working. There were worms crawling out of the sink and there was even a dead cockroach in the living room. We checked out on the same day and moved to a better hotel for the same price.

room is old and unmaintained, halls stinks to sewage.Booked 4 rooms but only 2 were available after checkinyine, the others were at the end of the afternoon.Rooms is not well cleaned, windows on the balcony was so dirty.Swimming pool’s metal edges were broken and almost cuts my foot.Lift brokedown several time due to power outages.Severe fines were reminded when you check in, in the room, it felt so uncustomer friendly.For double room with two people you get only one card, so when you’re out room is off from all electricity.Amenities were not complete, some room has no soap, other no toilet paper, and one was not given towel after being cleaned. the attitude of the employee was not nice, said that stolen. why would we care about old towels?
The staff was great, always kind and helpful when I had questions or wanted information. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy. My room had all of the amenities I wanted and was larger than most rooms in similar hotels.

Nice and cozy place to stay while on a vacation. The cleanliness and humble staff are value points. We arrive at 14.00 and the room is already set up, no delay.

The checked in process was very smooth. They even upgared all our rooms to be deluxe business rooms so it become much more spacious.Staffs are very helpful and attentive.Breakfast was good too, value for money.
We got charged for parking to the fact, we requested to park at the back of the building cause our van is taller than the parking bar.But no one gave us the parking ticket so yes, we got to pay it full.
Location in the centre business area
The pilllows and sheets were dirty and they didn’t smell quite good. The soap was also not refilled. The television wasn’t set properly so the images were not clear.
Breafast delivered to room in these covid times after check evening before re content and time. Very Good
The staff is very helpful and nice. Internet connection is good enough. The breakfast is average with indonesian and american, we can choose one of them or both.Swimming pool is quite nice and clean.
However, the floor in the room is not 100% in the good condition. Moreover, there's a lot of ants on the wall and table, quiet disturbing.
