Amaris Hotel Embong Malang - Surabaya

This hotel was close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast included was decent.

The wifi was terrible and the room look well used.

Great location to head to most places in Singapore. Facilities are the strong point with water, co-working area, gym and more. Staff very helpful

The staff are very humble and helpful especially the front desk lady that I don’t remember her name. She always greeted us with bug smile and even help me with how to withdraw cash when I couldn’t use all of my cards ?Room was always kept clean and tidy.

Walking distance to the shops. Easy access by Grab transport.

The nitty gritty things like water seeps from the shower stall into the toilet. They just need to silicon seal the bottom of the shower screen glass. Lack of variety for the breakfast.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.

The breakfast menu:Steamed rice was not perfectly cooked or it was too dry therefore it was not fluffy and tender, overipped tempeh for mendoam, rice porridge (congee) was not silky, thin, and smooth. The rooms:The hotel rooms smell likea mold (air-conditioning unit needs properly cleaned and maintained). The linens and sheets were dark and not smell fresh.

The hotel staff is agile and friendly, ready to help.Affordable room rates. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city, finding dinner is easy.

There are cockroaches in the bathroom.At 7th floor, Low water pressure in the shower.AC remote must be replaced.

Housekeeping staff was excellent Special the maintenance staff during they check it the air conditioner I don't his name but he was very kind it was good ?

Location was perfect, very central and easy to access and go around from.

The room was in poor shape, towels were very worn out and smelling like bleach.Since the location is very central, there is a lot of traffic outside and the room was quite noisy.

Facilities are not in the best condition. You have to position the tap somewhat in the middle to make the water stop. Body soap was not available. Towels were not in the best condition.

Great location close to Tunjungan Plaza area and a lot of street food. Staff are good and responsive.

The bathroom was smelly, like sewage or old pipes. My sons' bathroom smelled like cigarettes, but the staff sprayed it with air refreshener and it was better after a while. My towel had a hole in it and I've told the staff, hopefully they will improve.

The M Floor breakfast really hot. No Air conditioning. Please fix and on because too hot to sit and eat.

the location is good, the breakfast good.

The room was not very clean, There were cockroaches in the bathroom and just entering the room it smelled rotten. There is water dripping from the ceiling when the bathroom shower is turned on, this must be repaired immediately. The towels provided were also dirty and after I asked for a change, I was given a cleaner towel.

Happily the breakfast was saved, as there was someone who baked the eggs for you as you wanted, either omelette or eyed-eggs. Also, the check in was very easy. Very friendly and helpful staff! We didn't have a knife so they cut our fruit for us and they were available for any need we may have had.

The room was cleaned but not thoroughly. The ventilation in the toilet was not very effective. Also there was no stopper in the sink so we saw some small cockroaches in the room during the night. The breakfast was mediocre, with very low quality butter, marmalade of unknown origin, light coffee and tea that had gone cold.

Location is good, easy access to street food vendors, close to mall.

Facility was a bit unexpected, no soap, no shampoo, broken shirt hanger.
