Breakfast below average as is mercure , taste below standart and food supply also very bad and staffs were not helpfull

People were kind and helpful, especially restaurant staff and reception staff

The room was cleaned only when we asked. The towels were not changed every day and there was no place to dry them.

There’s dried rice on the complementary water bottle. Stains of foods on the tables and glass window. No hand wash on the sink, no hand towel and face towels. Plus no additional toilet paper. The shower floor was slippery, I nearly felt couple’s time. Lots of black moulds in the shower. Shampoo and body wash bottles are pretty old. Found random threads on the carpets, haven’t been vacuumed maybe. The towels are old and greyish, the threads are frayed. Found few stains on the beddings. Very bad experience for me as first timer in Mercure.

No onsite laundry service (had to wait 24h for a simple shirt pressing), only 2 elevators available and 1 was out of service. Very small parking space.

small park area only about 6 or 7 cars can be parked independently, other than that the hotel will park them, variation in breakfast time, the bathroom floor needs to be repaired because the remaining water from the shower cannot flow to the drainage area, so it can cause guests to slip

The room interior was new, fresh & clean. The breakfast also good & the bed was comfortable.

Quite pricey. but its new hotel.. everything was kinda new. I have tried to find pool, i think there's no pool at this hotel.

Breakfast is so so. Meat ball is a bit hard, sausage very dry, bubur/porridge could have been better. The best thing from breakfast is the thematic warm drink (chai, honey lemon, wedang uwuh).

SDB was locked, so I have to call technician (takes time), He came, and the battery was low. Change battery :-(Refrigerator was off, should have been on when the room is ready. So I put cafe latte and dimsum and become bad.No hand / face towel, and the towel was not brightly white (butek dekil), sarung bantal jugaLong response for housekeeping staff - maybe lack of personelLong service to call taxi by the hotel. I call Blue Bird my self via gocar - very fast (yet, what about international tourist then?)

Location is good

I did the reservation 2 or 3 days before my visit, and tell you about my room preference, but you just change the room last minute before I check in. It was dissapointed

Staff , cleanliness, location and ambience of rooms are very comfortable. This is my third to stay with each 2/3 night of stays with my family.

Minibar not working properly , leaking and not frozen ( it same with some of rooms at my previous stay) The colour of the towel needs to be changed for four stars hotel chain level.

Staffs are soft spoken n not over-explain things, polite enough not to try to get into the room when delivering room service., rooms seem to be quiet enough I don't get to hear next door's.

Cozy medium-sized hotel in good location. The bed and the room are awesome.

The shower's drain in my room (910) needs to be fixed (water pooled and not drained properly). They only gave 2 bath towels, no hand towels, nor face towels. When I asked on the day I checked in, they said it is still in the laundry and will be ready the next day, yet until I checked out 2 days later, I still didn't see any face towels.

The food are very local. the Coffee is not good.

The Hotel is very noisy. I can hear the chatting next door.

The lobby is not visible for the first timer, the lift is small, the selection of breakfast food was not great with limited selection.

The location is strategic. Room is very clean and modern.

The hotel is new, and the room is unexpectedly large and comfortable, with excellent lighting. The water pressure and temperature are both ideal. Wi-Fi is also performing flawlessly.

There was a misunderstanding with the staff regarding my bookings, as they stated that my booking was released due to no confirmation of check-in time. However, the staff did not contact me even though I had already entered my contact information and it was visible on the registration card. I believe they merely verify their system, not the voucher itself. So you should have told the hotel ahead of time about your check-in time. My laundry arrived at 12.30 a.m. the next day, despite the fact that I gave it to the staff at 8 a.m., so I should wait for my things to be delivered to my room. Breakfast selection falls short of my expectations for Mercure or comparable four-star hotels.

I think the breakfast needs to have more variety and also hotel staff need to be more prompt in responding. English language skills could also help in better communicating with the guests.

The parking lot is so small
