Location is good. Close to Mall and easy to fine a food. In

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful especially the security outside who helped us with taxis.

Bathroom had mold and a musty smell.

Great location.

We stayed in 2 different rooms. Both were quite dirty with hair in the shower, clogged drain in one, greasy finger prints on the walls and old food under the water kettle.

Comfort bed.

Room conjested for 3 person. Not enuf space to put luggage as we stayed for 3 nights.

Location next to Grand City mall. Our family got upgraded The bed is very large and comfortable (2 king bed!), our kids love it. Close to train station also. They have fried chicken restaurant and art gallery near the dining area.

Convenient location to Gambung station - but you need to be careful in the walk from the heavy traffic and bad pavement conditions - about 8 minutes. Hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet and good air conditioning - necessary in the heat. Perfectly happy as a convenient single traveller stop. Good selection of restaurants in the nearby mall which can be walked to very easily.

Room was clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. Staff were very helpful in assisting transport arrangements. Location is close to station and a shopping centre with lots of food outlets but it is surrounded by very busybroads. We had an eighth floor room with views across.the city which was wonderful for watching new year fireworks

We arrived by train from Yogya and checked out already at midnight for the Bromo trip. Hotel had all the facilities we needed and bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and efficient. next door to shopping centre with many eating facilities.

Massive beds, and good positioning to watch TV. Right next to the mall so easy food options for our one night stay. There were ants on our pillow when we first arrived, staff came to clear it up straight away and it was cleaner than ever. Not a problem at all after that. Helpful and friendly staff.

Really accessible- walking distance from the train station. Close to shops. Clean and comfortable, easy check in process. Nice hot shower and good wifi.

Bit loud I think with the aircon magbe - earplugs fixed that though!

Breakfast is good. The Location I can tell it's good too. It's a little bit hard to park a car. The price is worth it.

The parking area could have been wider/better. Everything else is OK.

Very small rooms, like you could barely pass between the bed and the wall, almost impossible to depack the luggage. NO ventilation in the bathroom, had a smell of mold when entering for the first time. Mold in the shower area. Seemed no air conditioning working in the lobby . Very poor breakfast, no eggs, just fried rice, some cooked chicken and some papaya, we couldn’t find anything proper to eat for breakfast. Bad coffee.

The bed was extremely comfortable and clean compared to other hotels in the vicinity. You also have a smart tv with Netflix. Would stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately, we stayed in three different rooms as we had three separate bookings, and in all three, the shower had problems. It's either the drain being clogged, the valve mechanism broken leaving you with alternating bouts of extremely hot and cold water, or the mould building up in the corners - cleaners should take note of this beforehand.

In the room we found a lot of black hairs and grape seeds on the floor. Don't know how they 'clean' a room.We were on the 3rd floor where the corridor had a penetrating odor. Room itself smelled like air freshener. Very noisy and no sound insulation in this 'new' hotel:At 3AM we were woken up by piano music coming from the room next to us. I went to reception and informed them. Somebody came to our room and said he would fix the problem but nothing happened. While waiting for this problem to be solved, they put the television extremely loud in the other neighbouring room.I went to this room and asked to turn the television down, which they did.Then I went to the 'piano room' but no one answered. Called the room with the room to room phone and the music was shut down.By that time it was 4AM and the Muezzin started singing from the mosque....

I love how comfy was the bed is. We stayed in this hotel right after our Bromo trip, thus, in need of a comfy bed to sleep on. This budget hotel really did the trick!

The toilet smelled a little but did not affect the overall experience of my stay.

It was great being right next door to Grand City Mall and also walking distance to attractions such as the Russian Submarine. Very nice view of the city.

The room felt very small compared to previous accommodations.

Location, walking distance from the train station. Mall is beside the hotel. Walking distance to the city centre. The room is clean. Smaller in size compared to others but enough to meet what I needed. AC working fine.

Need to have a second access card if you are with 2 people. Wifi might not be stable in some spots.
