The bathroom needs more upgrades. install partition between shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Good sized rooms, comfy bed and close to many restaurants. The breakfast is also very good, best breakfast I’ve had in Indonesia, especially if you’re craving some western food! Forgot to add that they have a good and cheap laundry service

They have balconies but you can’t use them as they have not put a door to get there, there is no hairdryer which is also a small -

The location is very close to many restaurants. It is also somewhat close to the airport. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

The room is spacious and there are many pillows provided. It is cozy and warm.It is located near many restaurants.

Maybe the wall where the tv is on needs to be repainted as it is started to form bubbles.

My booking was a wrong date, i could not change my booking date and i have to pay for my early date of arrival

Valet parking made it convenient for drivers. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Stench of the toilet lingered in the room right after checking in. AC also had a weird smell in 2 different rooms and blew out hot air before the maintenance staff came to resolve it. Restaurant was full of mosquitos at night, and also lizards.

I love the location, so very nearby of to yoshinoya,dominos, burger kings, starbucks,excelso,wingstop and fancy2 cafe? and i love the staff in breakfast reastaurant

1.The restaurant didn't operate the AC, we feel very hot, and that's not comfortable for us. 2. Bed on our room so very hard3. The AC in our room at 1st day is not really cold
