Location is very good, staffs are friendly, breakfast though limited are nice too

The hotel provides water Dispenser but fortunately no cold water

Location is in the center of Surabaya. Easy access for public transportation. Just 5 minutes walk to TP Mall and also very near to Tunjungan street for night sightseeing. Staff was nice. Efficient process for check in-out. Wifi also perfect.

Unfortunately, my room was no window. For support the environmental, the hotel no longer provided bottled water in the room. It replaced with free water dispenser in the corridor. The policy is totally understood. However, I still pretty unsure with hygiene of the glassware. That's why I prefer to buy my own water in the convenience store just beside the hotel building.

Disappointing Decline in ServiceI have been staying at this hotel for the past five years, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly. Basic amenities like hot water are no longer reliable. When I raised the issue, the untrained and unprofessional technicians simply stated that since everyone in the hotel was using hot water, we were also unable to get any.This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that once maintained higher standards. It’s disappointing to see such a decline, and I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues.Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

This has been my favorite hotel for a long time and the staffs are the best people I know, very strategic location,I’m a very regular person here ,most of the previous staff has left but old members are still here

I think it’s time to rethink a renovation for the basic room,the bedside tables are broken the bathroom floods after a shower and hot water is terrible like no water pressure and no hot water sometimes,the light are to dimmed and out dated with some warm white light and then mixed with day light it’s bit odd sometimes lighting can improve

very convenient I have stayed numerous times here , no complaints,specially the staff they are very polite and quick to responds and I want name reception Ahmed who is assist me a lot even in carrying my luggage, even though it’s not his job, strategic location walking distance to mall I would heart of Surabaya

The location is superb, walkable from tunjungan Plaza. As well as inside the mall. Not sure what mall was that, but pretty handy for those who love the city vibes and culinary option. Saw those skyscraper from the front of hotel, but not from the room due to no window at all. Refill waters are free in corridor. Amenities is fine. Quite small room but comfort. Staffs are excellent also helpful

Stain on the bed sheet, toilet flush wasn't working properly, AC is noisy, dump smell from toilet, no hand towel in the room

The location and the price for what you got fantastic. Hotel surrounded by tress and buildings so was very shaded

Shower was very clean and water pressure was good.Near the city center and mallsCheck in/out was easy.

The wall is tooooo thin i could hear EVERYTHING from next door…literally.

Air conditioning needs cleaning, especially no windows in the room. Limited toilet paper, 1 roll for 2 days for 2 people??.Only 1 coffee sachet for 2 people, we had to ask for a refill

I never complain about my staying in a hotel, but this hotel hits me differently. First room they give us. The linen is so bad, so many stains seem they dont change the linen. so much hair on the floor. Even on the sink. Give complaints to the supervisor of the hotel instead say sorry he just left and left me hanging. We go to the receptionist and get a new room, but it's also the same. There are so many stains that they try to clean the stain on top of the blanket with water cause is look wet. So we give another complaint. The toilet bidet looks dirty, and it looks like someone just uses it and never has been cleaned, and the bathroom floor is so dirty. Under the bed so many hairs and tissue. For sure, many hotels are better with that price, and i won't even come back. Worst experience ever.

The location was good. There was a well equipped convenience store right in the basement, nice restaurants across the street. The staff responded quickly to queries and questions and were friendly enough. I was told however that there was a large wedding party on and they seemed under real pressure to manage guest requests and continuing check in requests.(I felt the hotel should have not accepted other guests if they had difficulty coping during this wedding event)

The room hygiene was barely passable. While the sheets were clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable, the linen was grayish and the decor was tired - the floor and areas seemed not to have been cleaned for some time (perhaps just an impression but the room felt a bit grimy).Unbelievably, there were 3 mosquitoes in the room - this is the first time in all my travels in Asia where I have encountered mosquitos in an upstairs, airconditioned room in a 'modern' hotel. They kept me up intermittently!My room air conditioner was creaking because the auto louver function was on and the mechanism was not smooth. The remote control which was sticky and unclean had been set to the wrong code and needed an additional code. I had to ask for the service technician to come and reset this. ( This was after I had requested a visit for him to straighten out the TV cable which was frayed and could not transmit the TV signal well)Music from the bar on the ground floor could be heard on the 3rd/ lobby floor where my room was located. For minimising the noise, the hotel has a swinging glass partition to separate the main lobby area from the guest room corridor. For some reason, guests decided to prop this open all the time thus letting lobby chatter and noise spread down through the corridor.Guests continued arriving and talking noisily through to 130am and beyond. I did call the service desk to inform them about the noise in the rooms adjoining. The room partitions seemed to be paper thin in terns of noise transmission. I could hear furniture noise, footsteps, conversation and TV / music throughout. I requested a room change but was told that the only rooms left were smoking rooms. So in the end I had to listen to white noise through my headphones to block out the noise which eventually subsided after 2.30 am. Not a peaceful night at all as I had to catch an early flight the next morning.For the money, travellers can do much better elsewhere.

Close to Tunjungan Plaza. Hot water work properly. Can refill water as they provide water gallon outside the room.

Room too small, parking area really need to be expanded.

The location was central.

The room isn’t nice at all and doesn’t really compare with the pictures they have online. There are dirty spots on the bed sheets and the floor has dust on it and there are cracks in the floor. It looks like they didn’t really clean the room. Also the staff forced us to post a good review so that we could get an upgrade because apparently if we didn’t get that so called upgrade we wouldn’t even have windows.

requested for 2 twin bed room but ended up with 1 queen 1 twin

Great location, nice hotel. Big food court for breakfast and dinner. Also coffee and juice bar and a supermarket on the lowest floor next to parking lot. Staff was very nice, we got a free upgrade to a room with windows so we could enjoy the view over the city. Rooms spacious and clean. Also, try the spa. The pitjit (massage) was amazing.
