Hotel Platinum Tunjungan Surabaya

The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance of many great places, restaurants, and shops. To our surprise, we even found pedestrian crossings and traffic lights designed for walkers — something quite rare in this country! The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Every morning, there were new dishes added, and even after staying for four nights, I still couldn’t try everything. The room was clean, very spacious, and came with a wonderful view. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit — 100%!

Soundproofing wasn’t great — I could hear some noises at night that woke me up.

Lovation is ok, but to reach thr mall need a good walk and need to cross road 2 times, which is hard on busy street.. the staff of hotel is polite and friendly. Breakfast is good, but mostly asian choise.

The rooms of hotel small, i was expecting bigger room. The bathroom is too small.. lifts are always busy..

The breakfast spread is very good. So is the location.

The sink in the bathroom leaked. Difficulty in adjusting the aircond

Amazing views, friendly staff, great location and incredible breakfast choices

Good location near Tunjungan Plaza, breakfast delicious, room clean.staff friendly.

Location

I have stayed 4 times in this hotel , and I always have a good experience, but this time, it is not what I was expecting, .....Bar rooftop under renovation , no notice on the website about that closure..... strong, unpleasant smell on elevators and hallways . I think it is time to say goodbye to All Seasons Hotel

Perfect location. Our room was very comfortable. View was outstanding. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing

Value for money. Spacious room. Great location. Exceptional services. Scrumptious breakfast ? Recommended ??

Could further improve on the cleanliness.

It is conveniently located in the Tujungan nightlife district, surrounded by numerous cafes. The breakfast is quite generous, offering a wide variety of local and international cuisine. Live music is featured nightly. The rooms are spacious..

Nothing to dislike

Close to lots of nice cafes and shopping mall. The bed was comfortable too.

Lift quite slow during peak season & bathroom quite small.

The location of the Hotel is near Tunjungan , so many store, coffee shop near hotel , The Size of the room is also good

The Parking lot are so small , need to be careful when parking your Car , but there is a staff will help you in parking area. The Water in the bathtub is dirty (color green).

Very hospitable even before arrivalArdy front desk helped us upgrade our room to a more comfortable stay and a room away from the noise of the bigger families The food at breakfast was so good, the gym and pool was nice as well.

Could offer shuttle services for the nearby malls cos the walk was abit dangerous to cross due to the traffic congestion

Very good location. I very like the breakfast. Clean. Good staff

The 16th floor coffee house is fine with a good view. The foods spread are good. The waitresses are polite and very friendly.

Prefer if you can have nasi lemak with rendang beef and sambal bilis...more tender sinkung (ubi kayu rebus).)

Breakfast was delish..there were plenty of options. I like that they offered Traditional food from different islands rather than western food. Keep it up! Indonesia food are the best!!!

I wish I could have the same rate or price when I wanted to extend my stay.

Breakfast was very good, huge selection of food and everything was delicious.

Swimming pool was very close to the bar where there was a group of men drinking and smoking and my wife felt uncomfortable because everyone was staring at her. The bar shouldn't be so close to the swimming pool. Also Spa area needs a refurbishment - in the cold water small pool tails were broken and breaking away. In sauna there were some insects.

the staff are all friendly and helpful. they are all polite and will always greet us w a smile.

nil. all is good.

location, room, breakfast

the elevator/lift. requires quite a long waiting time, especially during peak hours (mornings)

Really comfortable beds, nice sized rooms. Lovely access to pool and gym.

The loud music playing from the rooftop bar at night kept me awake. Also felt like there was always a long wait for the lifts.

The hotel has valet parking so you just pull up and give them your keys. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want plus popcorn and ice cream. The elevators were quick to come. There are multiple restaurants and a huge mall on the same street.

The bed was hard giving me a sore back. The bed is just 2 singles pushed together leaving a crease in the middle.
