Friendly staff, good location, it was a very clean hotel, internet worked great. It had everything I need for my workstay.

I would have preferred a better gym, but then again, it was pretty cheap so I didn't expect much and the essentials were there.

Location in the best area. Near Tunjungan area where alot of food, resto, and cafe. ooh so does only walking distance to Souvenir Store Bu Rudy.

There was one song that was repeated all day through the whole building, at the reception, in the hallway, the elevator, the breakfast room, the .. everywhere! It can makes you crazy.No bar.

Size of room in comparison to other ibis Staff

Very dirty with hair on the sheets. Changed room when we checked in but new room was just as uncomfortable. Felt like the sheets had not been cleaned. No clean smell

Discrepancy over weather breakfast was included, even though my booking clearly showed it was. I was allowed breakfast after contacting booking.com.

Quiet clean almost close to the lively area & the fitness room

Even if I forgot to put the do not disturb board on out the room door though not suppose the room service come at 8 am and keep nocking the door waking me up to tell me silly thing ‘room service’

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel had a gym and a restaurant which was a bonus. The location was good a short grab ride away from the train station and 20 minute walk to a mall and plenty of cafes. I would recommend and stay again.

Room was a decent size and very comfortable and clean. The gym was good - although not the biggest of best equipped. The breakfast selection was good each morning although didn't have many western options.

Situated about a 20min walk from good restaurants and things to do. I only visited to do the Mt Bromo tour - no more than a day is required in Surabaya - very little to do or see here from a tourist point of view.

Poor communication through Booking.com. They did not reply my messages before check in.Room wasn’t clean, dust in the floor and bathroom.Everything very noisy. Doors make very noisy so prepare to wake up 5/6am everyday because of the neighbors.

Strategic location, near Stasiun Pasar Turi, easy access to city center. Room is nice and comfy.

Newly build and well maintained building. The good smell.

The lighting just a bit too bright. But not crucial.

- Room is clean, newly renovated and aesthetic.- Small but decent gym.- Close to city center.

- Room is too small, especially if you travel with big luggage, almost no space to move.- Front office staff are somehow lack of smile.- Too small lobby, only two tables with three pairs of chair and not so comfortable if you have guests waiting downstairs.

Not really clean room, Dirty table and sofa and blanket.Their hotel policy there are two level that they give permit to smoke/vape inside the room, wow its so bad.When we're check in, the reception lie ,they said all the rooms are fully booked, only the smoking room left , sure we komplain coz we already give notes we order the non smoking room, thanks finally the staff give the room as we orderBe better on service Ibis Hotel Tidar

Breakfast set up is just nice and food is good.

The towel in the room needs to be changed, it got wax outer layer and unable to wipe properlyO

My recent stay at Ibis Surabaya Tidar was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's central location was undoubtedly one of its biggest assets, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in Surabaya. Additionally, their commitment to sustainability by offering refills for water in glass jugs instead of plastic bottles was commendable and appreciated. The food quality was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the Vegetarian and Amante di Carne Pizza, which was truly delightful.

Firstly, the hotel does not provide a toilet kit, which may inconvenience some guests who forget to bring their own essentials. Additionally, the room size was on the smaller side, which could be problematic for travelers with large bags or those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

Almost everything. The room us kibd of small but comfy. The staff at the front desk is very helpful.

Very hard to find. All is good.
