Kampi Hotel Tunjungan - Surabaya

Clean, modern, and centrally located. It's an easy walk to the train station.

The breakfast area was nicely decorated, but there weren't many western food options. It was mostly Indonesian breakfast food.

Last time Breakfast is Good. Now already drop. For price look as same Hotel Bumi.

Location and Staff.Room door is no good.

Everything, but the suite was much nicer/bigger and worth the extra $.

The wifi continually disconnected us.

The staff at this hotel went WAY above and beyond on our requests, with a special commendation by Rince. Her help in our silly request was the best we've received in our last 15 months traveling abroad. The rooms are small but comfortable. We had a problem with the AC not working, which was addressed immediately. Breakfast was incredible with a commendation to the manager there, Yoga. The location was within a 10-minute walking distance of many sites and in a clean, safe neighborhood. A small but sufficient and clean gym was nice to use. All-in-all, an excellent stay. We already booked a return visit.

Well, in general great hotel with kind of old facilities.Located in a very boring city so nothing to do outside.Stuff was very friendly. Breakfast had enough western options.

WIFI worked well only in common areas (not in the room).Not very new facilities and room conditions.

Location was good but required transportation/ taxi to cross most streets. Surabaya is not a walking city.

Impeccably clean, comfy bed, welcome cakes with personalised message on arrival, welcome drink, lovely polite staff, great buffet breakfast, close to a large mall and small park. All for a VERY cheap price. Great option particularly for those looking for pre or post Java tour accommodation.

1. Music/singing in cafes can be a bit loud late into the night/morning before a holiday.

The location is prime.

1. The bathroom. Because they don’t have a glass to close it when shower.2. Restaurant for breakfast too small, only few tables. And staff not do faster to refill the food once its run out.

The location is superb, convenient located in the middle of the city & easy, safe accessibility. The hospitality, staff & service is good. My 2nd time staying in the hotel. Recommended place to stay in Surabaya city.

Everything is fine with me. Only this hotel does not have a swimming pool.

Everything were fresh, smells good, clean and comfortable

There were no curtain in the shower room, so the water spilled out everywhere. It was messy and very uncomfortable, cannot imagine if there were 2 people staying in one room.

Great budget stay in terms of location and facilities.

Quite loud from the bar that is close by and also the noise on Sunday of some sort of festival starting at 6:30 was unacceptable...

Location was good, 8 minutes walking distance from hotel to Plaza Tunjungan 1. And there cafes available nearby. Grab is easy and fast to get.

The rotation of Hair Dryer. I cannot believe a big hotel like this doesn’t have enough hair dryer. When I first requested, the HK didn’t mention about returning it and WOKE ME UP at 6.20am just to ask for the hair dryer !!! Second time I requested, I was told to return it within 2 hours. Before 2 hours was up, HK called and asked if I’m done. Come on, it really irritates me!!

The best value stay in Surabaya. The breakfast selection is incredible and it is located in a strategic location.You can walk to Tunjungan plaza. I would definitely recommend anyone planning to stay in the city to try Kampi Hotel.

No mini fridge.Rooms don't really have any view

The receptionist at the was exceptional almost all of them. The staff who attended to me at check in and check is the same lady...please convey my thanks to her. She even remembers my room number.The location is great.

Customer smoke in the restaurant . The furnitures looks a bit worn out. My window has minimum view. No comfortable sofa at waiting areas, just wooden stool.
