Room was clean, tidy and comfy. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we love it. Adjacent to mall - the ladies loved it.
I stayed at hotel Santika gresik for 5 nights. The room was of very good quality and cleanliness was very nice. The staff was very helpful and they were particular about cleaning the room everyday. Everyday, the breakfast menu was interesting and delicious!
The internet connection at the property was not that good and up to the expectation. Occasionally, the internet used to disconnect from the phone and laptop while using them. I would like to request for improving this.
Room size is huge.
The parking. Joined with mall, open space and quite distanced from the hotel entrance. When we arrived, it was pouring and no hotel staff in sight to assist us.
