The hotel is a new one, so the room and amenities are in excellent order. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with an enormous spread of different options. The staff was very friendly, and made a huge effort to help with any requests I had even though language was a challenge.
Not so much didn't like, but I had trouble as a vegetarian. Honestly, this was an overall issue in Gresik, and not particular to the hotel, but when I asked for vegetarian food, I was usually handed a bowl of boiled vegetables. Edible, of course, but hardly a meal.
