Great continental breakfast....lovely location .. hope the pool is functional next time that i go

SHUD HAVE 24x7 food options like other properties...its a very important thing for business travellers

Everything is clean. For a deluxe room, it has many facilities. Easy to find online taxis. The area in front of the hotel is also a good jogging spot. The included breakfast has a small choice but different kinds everyday. There are lots of side dishes though. Oh, free cookies are good

Somehow, there's a guest who keeps making noise from the floor above. TV channels also only have a few choices that are enjoyable.

Very good bfast.

The towel, cover pillow need to be pay attention. Looks very old?

Comfy bed, nice breakfast, good location (opportunity to do outdoor exercise outside the hotel on Sunday morning.

I love the Aston. Rooms are perfect. The showers are amazing.

The TV channels are just okay.

The cleanliness was good, the tranquility around the property w're pretty good.

The voice from the above and side rooms a bit noisy and annoying.The parking area between car and motor cycle a little bit messy.

The standard is pretty good, the facilities are in good condition, nice beds, front desk staff are highly professional, big TV on the room and complementary cookies in your room. Great hotel and good price!

The restaurant, DO NOT go there. It's the worst place I have eaten, and if it wasn't for the restaurant, my review would be much, much better.Me and my friend ordered starters and two main courses.We waited 40 minutes(!) And then they came out with the starters and my food, which all were cold. The amount was also tiny like a luxury restaurant but this place is not close to a luxurious restaurant.After another 20 minutes (now 1 hour waiting in total) my friend got his main course, also cold.And then it was also kind of expensive on top of that.First of all, starters are supposed to come first and fast, that's why it's called starters. You start with it, like appetizers. And not at the same time as the main course either.You don't give 1 out of 2 guests their food if two guests are dining. You give them their main courses at the same time.By the time my friend received his food, I had already eaten mine.Better eat at any random warung on the street. This wasn't worth anything, and I will never eat there again in my life.The servers didn't explain or apologize for the inconvenience, and no compensation was given.They should close that restaurant and fire all the servers and cooks working there.

Location near tol exit/entrance, easy to go anywhere

big room, modern and clean design. Staff is professional and good variety of food for breakfast.Properly the best choice of hotel if you are planning to leave Surabaya to Malang/Bromo as it is on the South side of Surabaya,you do not need to go thru the city after arriving from the airport.

there wasnt much to eat (esp just for simple food) within walkable distance apart from the restautrant in hotel and a large restautrant for high end dinning experience.

Clean, comfortable chain hotel. Everything worked OK.

Location and nice room

1st my room the air conditioner is not cool and have to move to a new room and the technician came to check and didn't inform anything me until I call reception then they take to action.

I stayed for 3 nights. Each night I have to comeback all the way down to FO to revalidate my key card. First it was tiring. Then it gets really annoying!

My room No.506 , the Aircon unit I didn't like, it was not cold and couldn't sleep well resulted wake up middle of the night

Nice room. Shower was amazing.

The AC I don't believe was working correctly.

I liked the bathroom. The shower was hot. The window in the shower was pretty cool.

If I had to nit pick. The TV channels were okay (but I'm not really their to watch TV on vacation haha) I had problems opening the door with the key card but I'd get it open maybe 3 or 5 try. But nothing major to dislike.
