Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceptional, friendly and efficient. The club floor is well worth the experience, nice room, high quality linens, love the bathroom and shower. The evening cocktails is superb, breakfast was plentiful with good variety and freshness. Love it and would definitely return soon. Staffs are friendly and polite and efficient. Thank you

Loved many aspects of my stay - beautiful interior decor, clean & spacious rooms, proximity to the shops & the fabulous staff! ?The hotel staff are attentive to detail & will go the extra mile, which is especially important since I had an elderly parent on a wheelchair in my travel group. Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

Breakfast was a nice spread of local & international cuisine. However, I would prefer the cooked food to be hotter. Also wish the traffic situation (going back to the hotel in the afternoon) would improve somehow.

Location, cleanliness, comfy bed, big-nice bathroom, especially the water from the shower area stays in the shower area, easy access to the mall..

The air circulation from the air-condition machine in our bedroom (Executive room), is a bit windy ..., got to turn the A/C off first before sleeping... We only use the A/C from the living room which is cold enough to make our bed-room breezy-cool-air feeling during the night.. Good quality meals from the room service, just a bit pricey ..

You can feel hospitality ambience immediately right when you step out from your car. In my birthday, they even created a tiny surprise by request. I have no complaints for the rooms and all facilities, they are amazing city hotel. And especially, the Staffs, they did a great job and make us feel really appreciated and welcomed.

Only a little improvement for the breakfast menu, the potato wedges, it was a bit overcooked I think. But overall, still, a great experience we had there. Will come back someday.

We absolutely love everything about Westin Surabaya and we would definitely come back and stay at the Westin Surabaya next time. Best buffet breakfast, well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff, great location above the mall.
