Breakfast was awesome!

Bed was cheap and noisy (considering we booked the best room available), massage was terrible, pool was booked out to swimming lessons all weekend (unable to relax by the pool).

Easy check in and check out, clean and spacious room..The fresh look of the lobby area...

Difficult to find parking space coz there's wedding party at the hotel...but, we can use vallet parking..

Passable

I couldn't sleep at all on first day. There was a marriage and from.10 PM till 12 am, people were shifting heavy things through the elevator next to my room. Although I called the reception and complained, the activity went on.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The cafe and its drinks were overpriced with poor choice selection for different types of milk. The room service was again expensive, and I tried to order one beer at the pool, which was exhausting and very expensive, 100 thousand idr for one bintang. The air-conditioning system in the room did not cool the room adequately.

Room

Very small gym, Hotel Pool is open to the public and very busy.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The whole room including the toilet was clean and neat. The breakfast had varieties of local food that is tasty. The greatest catch is the smart TV that you can use to connect to your phone and watch your favorite videos.

The room is refurbished and appeared new and clean. It is very quiet and comfortable for sleep. The location is very good too

Better stay at other hotels

Needs 5 phone calls to stop workers working, banging, digging, drilling, next door on a Sunday afternoon! Paying extra for better room (Exec Suite), I was hoping to have better rest. I did not get it. It takes almost a couple hours to stop them. Napping time gone.

BOOKED BY A HACKER

I did not make this booking. My booking.com account has been hacked, the booking was made by Hermawan Arga by the email address [email protected] and this lowlife used my credits to book....

Can you imagine there was blood stain on the bedsheet? Informed staff but no action at all

Hygiene

This property is in a good location in the city centre

The orange colour in the room and the old furniture are the only drawbacks.

Location

Bad keys, we often could not open our room using given keys. We had to go down to change our keys.Toilet set could not be left lifted, it always fell down on the closet.The shower head holder was too loose so it could not hold the shower head in position we liked.

Everything about it was perfect. Strategic place, comfy bed and pillows, complete amenities, even our driver said he got good shower

Nothing. I only didn't like orange color of one side of the room

pool although it closed at 5 pm each day . could do with some loungers to relax in

Aircon had no controls in the room and it wasn't cool most of the time , in fact got too warm .We moved rooms during the stay and it was the same in each room .

Easy to find, nice Lobby, good Christmas Decoration, complete Facilities, smooth elevator, close to the city center, great breakfast, clean swimming pool, and we can easily find a parking spot.

The bed and bathroom are not clean enough, I smelled the baby powder on the sheet, meaning it hasn't changed. The bathroom had a stinky smell and some food leftover was put in the corridor for two straight days (asked housekeeping to get rid of it but no follow-up). The hotel didn't have proper soundproofing as we can still hear some noisy music from the neighborhood. Complained to the hotel staff but they didn't take it seriously. I'm Indonesian and I didn't mean to say bad about my country but really, why there's always annoying loudspeakers everywhere?

Hotel was really clean. Staff were great as well, looking into my needs.

The hotel is pretty aged and it can be seen in many parts of the hotel though the floor i stayed looks to be refurbished recently. The water pressure was really weak in my room on the 14th floor.Breakfast was super crowded with no tables available on the second day of my stay. Great to see the hotel on high occupancy though.On my final day, i went for breakfast at 9.15am and by 9.45am, they were clearing the buffet without informing me of the last call. ???Swimming pool closes at 5pm. Didn't have time to enjoy a swim due to arriving back from work, after 5pm.Nothing much to explore and eat around the hotel and the nearest convenience store was about 5 mins away which is good.

In swimming pool area gak ada fasilitas untuk tiduran santai. Hanya ada bangku dan meja.

The breakfast was very good, lots of the food that I like.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I throught we were going to get a room with a garden view,But the view just looked over a roof.

Breakfast is good, the menu complete. Hotel location good, easy to access.

Parking, access to parking area from lobby need to walk around.
