The location is perfect

Location is perfect but the hotel like old buildings and bit dumb inside cause for the five stars hotel it looks like unworthy found out cockroach ?in my room. I was massively shocked and managed to kill it.

Breakfast had just abot everything

There was no BACON and it was difficult to get a HOT coffee

Everything except breakfast.

Breakfast selection was poor. Quality was not good. Most hot items were not hot. I found human hair in Rock Melon. I show the staff. She offered to cut up a fresh plate. I accepted the offer.

Clean, centrally located and comfortable rooms.

Overall good.

Please provide a better coffee for complimentary at the room. 2 sachet of nescafe seems cheap for a high rating star hotel.

In my situation, my daughter engagement party, the hotel very helpfull with two hours late check out.

Everything is ok except the limited of elevator, there are 4 elevators but it can be used only 2 elevators.

I have made a reservation for 3 nights, the first 2 nights were booked through booking.com and the other night was booked directly through the hotel website. The check-in date was 13/04/25. I requested the receptionist to change the booking information on 15-16/04/2025 that was made directly with the hotel (as of 13/04/2025, I can change or cancel the booking in the 2nd booking) by changing the booking from a room including breakfast to a room only booking, excluding breakfast (I had an early morning flight). For such a change, the room rate should be cheaper. However, when collecting the money, the staff charged the room rate at the original rate, which was a room with breakfast, and then informed me that your room does not include breakfast. This I checked the total amount again and found out that the staff did not change the booking conditions. So I showed the staff the room rate including breakfast stated in the email. The staff was silent and asked what time my flight was and that the restaurant would prepare a breakfast box. Actually, I did not mind it at all. If the staff did not lie, it would be like I was deceived by the hotel/staff.

The location was central with easy access to shopping centers and eateries. The manager Adi was friendly, approachable and helpful in meeting the needs of the guests such as helping us get transport to the nearby shopping malls. The Makan Kitchen breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food.

Very pleasant environment with friendly and efficient staff. Great food and facilities. An excellent and well equipped gym

the infrastructure and the rooms were very spacious for entry level

price can be a little Flexible

Double Tree by Hilton is a brand name. people stay there for their value and status. we stayed there in a total of 4 segments. this was our first segment and 2nd time stay in total. we got an upgrade to a corner room which was more spacious than others, however it came with a twist. read "What didnt you like" for details.

our air con was faulty. Technician came and told us the compressor, or some part is faulty. soon after the air con duct started leaking badly. upon prompting, the duty manager offered same category room, even though it should be an upgrade. after few iterations, we were given executive room.

The swimming pool The pillows The TV ChannelThe housekeeper The front desk service The security guard service play important roles at Double Tree by Hilton, they did a great job, without fail to check every vehicles, be it clear weather or raining weather, and the security guard service also did a great job by directing traffic during Navy day events from Midnight to 2200hrs.Keep up the good job guys and good service. The ceiling lighting should be improved to better slightly brighten

I like everything. The hotel Is very nice, quiet and safe for the guests. Room is comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Staff is helpful and kind.

Good spread of breakfast with local delights. Friendly and helpful staffs. Situated along the food street Tunjugan.

Room is a little outdated but clean. Shower tap didn't work properly the last day.

Rooms were lovely, the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing and the pool was awesome. Staff were fantastic and thoughtful.

Location is good, close to shopping and citywalk, bed is big and mattress firm enough

Towels were badly torn and discolored, shower water flow was weak, breakfast quality far from Hilton standard. The school next block started morning assembly very early and announcements were clearly heard.On 2nd day of stay, someone installed screening film on bathroom windows and door without informing us, we felt quite uncomfortable.

The service was very poor, the staff were friendly but unable to help with simple requests like getting a beer or providing a menu for food

I liked the lobby

Breakfast 95% indonesien, and the 5% western choice they had no clue about. Dinner buffet was also plain with 95% indo food, and the worst was some items was the exact same in breakfast buffet at exact same spot. Pool in shade so cold. Nothing stand out as special, very flat experience. So much to improve on to make it a 5 star experience. Rooms dark and old, and quite some signs of wear and tear.
