Best Western Plus Savoy Lulea

Loved the location. Staff was amazing and friendly. Loved the spa. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I was very happy with the stay.

Very pleasant stay overall. Good hygiene, comfortable rooms and hotel, nice breakfast and dinner, welcoming staff and good parking opportunity.

Water flow from the shower was somewhat weak but no issues other than that.

friendly staff and location

smell and dusty room, no view

I really enjoyed everything from breakfast to the amazing shower, and the receptionist was super friendly.

The breakfast and location is absolutely perfect

I would rather choose a hotel room with openable windows, I need fresh air even in winter times.Bastu (sauna) didn't worked. That's a problem in a hotel like this for this price!

The breakfast was excellent, staff were very friendly. Location is great

Bedroom was a little dark

Breakfast is nice and the staff is friendly

The room was not clean when I arrived (a sticky surface on the table for example), the room was out of soap in the shower container already on arrival and most importantly the "fast wifi" promised in the description is extremely slow (you can't have web meetings on it, and barely watch videos without buffering). Considering the price of 1k euros for 2 nights, I feel like these details should be sorted.

The hotel was in a great location was comfortable with very helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide selection of tasty dishes. They stored our luggage all day until our night train left which was wonderful.Would recommend for all to stay

It was a very convenient location.

I am a person with a disability and your furniture is extremely low so it is hard to get in and out of. I would have also liked to see a place to just sit and lounge. All you really had were dining facilities no place to sit and read a book or look out the window. I would have also liked to see a place to purchase food in between your meals like perhaps sandwiches or snacks or a piece of fruit.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, has all needed amenities and the spa and Gym are well looked after. It is very central and easy to reach by bus from the airport. Breakfast is delicious and has several options.

I would say it needs a better light in the entrance of the room. as it is quite dark it is not the best set up to use the wardrobe. apart from that everything was as expected.

Comfort/hygiene

Sometimes you have to order at the bar, sometimes there is service, sometimes you have to pay every drink immediately and sometimes a tab is allowed. Unclear which rule is applied at which time. Clarity is appreciated.

Always high standard comfort, room and breakfast.

Two interfering music players from lounge and kitchen at breakfast.

Very good location! Terrace for a beer is great. Breakfast is delicious. Comfy beds

It was very warm in the rooms, could not open window, and air conditioning was centrally controlled.

Location

The staff The room was 30c unbelievable hot and uncomfortable and unbearable to sleep was ill from how hot the room

Staff where on point, and good service, bathroom was ok and I did like the curtains

Bed was very hard for my confort, no tooth brush and tooth cream not easy elevator access

Very friendly personnel, superb breakfast. We had a dog with us and everything was prepared in the room: bed and water plate. Cousy room, fresh facilities.

It was very warm in the room. Despite of central AC system, we had like 27-30 degrees I the room and it was not possible to open the windows.

Everything you need is there, checked in 3 hours earlier and the buffet is very good

Shower was leaking and the sauna was out of order. Window view could be better

Great location just on the central street, great for the morning hiking

The receptionist was good girl, communication was great, but she didn't pay good attention enough when I asked by showing the way how I have parked my car to avoid the trouble in the morning with a police.

We were lucky enough to get a complementary upgrade to a mini suit, so the room was huge and we definitely enjoyed it. The stuff was very polite and friendly. Relax was also nice and clean.. The location was also very central so we could walk around the city center.

While the breakfast was rich, some of the food was a bit cold. Also very confusing, why there were only small (kid's size) plates. Needed to go back and forth on the buffet 3-4 times.
