The room without window

Great hotel overlooking the bay. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast and comfy room. I really enjoyed my stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. The standard twin room has plenty of space. Enjoyed the sauna and fabulous buffet breakfast serving healthy food.

It was a standard hotel breakfast, nothing special

Totally overpriced hotel. Our room smelled bad, and there was no way to open the window. We were two people but received only one set of towels. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room. You have to pay extra for everything.

Great location in the centre of town and close to the water. Delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Coffee/tea for guests at any time in the lobby was a small detail that was greatly appreciated. Generous check-out time of 12pm was excellent.

Overall a very good stay, did not particularly like the carpet in the room though. It always gives a cheaper feel to hotel rooms and on a practical level is dusty and musty. Also unfortunately couldn't open windows to get fresh air as they were locked. It would have been nice to be able to air out the room from time to time.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, spaciour rooms, well located, great breakfast.

The rooms are far too warm to sleep. You can not turn down the heating, everything is centrally controlled. You can not open a window or use the extractor in the bathroom. Results most unpleasant room T.

Our room wasn't tidy and the beds were too soft and different pairs.

Central location, right next to bus stop for airport and university

Stayed in windowless room which is a bit stuffy and claustrophobic as you’d expect. Was fine except the slamming doors of your neighbors literally rattle your room. Another disappointment was the bar/lounge. Maybe they were just understaffed but it was a super unpleasant experience after a long day of business for us. Don’t expect table service there. Expect to stand st bar and wait for the overworked staff to finally pour u a beer then demand immediate payment (no tabs!) more like a fast food restaurant experience than luxury hotel lounge experience except for price.

Breakfast is very good, restaurant with spectacular views over harbour, underground parking available in the building, very convenient. Beautiful area almost at the sea front. Spacious rooms

The hotel was spotless. The room was clean, and the room service was excellent. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. I loved this hotel and enjoyed the sauna.

Ideally located in the city center, opposite the tourist office. Friendly reception staff, sauna available, and a good breakfast.

The shower screen lets a lot of water through, so the bathroom gets wet even after a simple shower. The breakfast area is very busy in the morning, the atmosphere is not very cozy, and it’s hard to find a quiet spot.

Breakfast was super nice, one of the best I had in Sweden. Rooms were very clean and staff was also friendly and helpful. Location was also one of the best part of our stay in the city.

Shortage of fans when rooms were very warm due to high temperature during our stay. We only got one fan to share with 2 rooms. Also, had some issue with the door lock of one of the rooms became jammed which was sorted out by cleaning staff.
