Although I booked a single room, I didn’t expect it to be THAT small.

The property is an excellent hotel, very well appointed rooms and in a great location. The staff led by Ali Valizadeh were attentive and went above and beyond expectations.

There was nothing to put on the minus list, the hotel could not control the weather :)

Art decor building, location, breakfast

Great breakfast, location, the room was unexpectedly and pleasantly large, with high ceilings and plenty of space for the kids to cause havoc. The kids loved the place and so did the adults. Our second stay here and it did not disappoint. Lovely general areas with complementary coffee/tea and cookies and a lounge area with plenty of games and reading material to relax for a while.

Unfortunately, the shower gel container in the bathroom was empty. It was late in the night and family was asleep so could not ring up the reception about it either. The TV screen should be bigger in this day and age, and for a room this size. There was some general wear and tear about the room but the hotel is being slowly renovated so expect this to be addressed with time.

The hotel restaurant

Perfect location and amazing breakfast overloong to the sea.

The hotel staff were amazing, tried to do everything possible to make our stay extremely pleasant and enjoyable. They even moved us room due to an electrical fault and moved us back after it was resolved (at our request). Breakfast was really good and the mushrooms were extremely tasty.

The Osteria restaurant was extremely disappointing, the food was disappointing, my garlic bread was burnt, dry and had no taste of garlic. The pizza was very poor and the equivalent of lasagna consisted of mainly cold raw tomatoes. Even the coffee was poor, no cappuccino available!!! Even although all three of us dinners left most of our meals, the waitress didn’t even ask us if everything was ok, she simply lifted the almost full plates and whisked them away. Such a same as this is a fairly expensive restaurant and our hopes were high. Our advice, dine either in the hotel pub or eat elsewhere. Total disappointed with this restaurant.

When we booked we were lead to believe that it’d be upgrade but on arrival we got downgraded so not so good staying for 3 nights in tiny worse room we precisely didn’t want and book.

We had a good stay, the accommodation was comfortable, breakfast was nice and the treatment from the hosts was very welcoming. It’s also truly pet-friendly, which we really appreciated.
